تبیین مولفه‌های تربیت حرفه‌ای مبتنی بر شایستگی و تحلیل جایگاه آن در کتاب‌های درسی مربوط به شایستگی‌های غیرفنی دوره دوم متوسطه فنی و حرفه‌ای و کاردانش

پژوهش حاضر به شیوه توصیفی شامل تحلیل اسنادی و تحلیل محتوا، با هدف تبیین مولفه‌های تربیت حرفه‌ای مبتنی بر شایستگی و تحلیل جایگاه آن در کتاب‌های درسی دوره دوم متوسطه فنی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری کتاب‌های مربوط به شایستگی‌های غیر فنی دوره متوسطه فنی در سال 98-97 بودند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در بخش تحلیل اسنادی، برگه‌های فیش‌برداری از اطلاعات و در بخش تحلیل محتوا چک‌لیست محقق ساخته بود. داده اسنادی به شیوه کیفی و داده‌های تحلیل محتوا با استفاده از شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی در فرایند آنتروپی شانون تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج حاصل بیانگر آن است که چارچوب مفهومیِ تربیت حرفه‌ای را می‌توان در سه مولفه دانش، نگرش و مهارت تدوین کرد که خرده مولفه‌های خلاقیت و نوآوری، وسخت‌کوشی با فراوانی بیشتر در رتبه‌های اول و خرده مولفه‌های درک موقعیت و سازگاری با فراوانی کمتر در رتبه‌های آخر قرار گرفتند. همچنین، میزان توجه به مولفه‌ها در کتاب‌های درسی متفاوت است، به‌طوری که بیشترین تاکید بر مولفه دانش (35/91 درصد) و کمترین تاکید برمولفه نگرش (30/88 درصد) شده است. با توجه به تحولات آموزش‌وپرورش در عصر جدید، استفاده از برنامه درسی مارپیچی برونر در تدوین و طراحی برنامه درسی و بازنگری در ویراست‌های آتی در راستای توجه بیشتر به مقوله‌های کمتر توجه شده، ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.

Explaining the components of the competencybased vocational training and analyzing its position in the nontechnical competency textbooks of the second cycle high school technical and vocational and work and knowledge fields of education

This study was a descriptive research with the documentary and content analysis design. Its aim was explaining the components of the competencybased vocational training and analyzing its position in the textbooks of the second cycle high school technical and vocational education. The research population consisted of the competencybased nontechnical secondary education textbooks in 20182019. The research instrument in the document analysis section was the note sheets and in the content analysis section was the researchermade checklist. The documentary data was analyzed by the qualitative method and the content analysis data was analyzed using the descriptive statistics indices in the Shannon Entropy Process. The results indicated that the conceptual framework of the vocational education can be formulated into the three components of knowledge, attitude and skills. Also, the subcomponents of creativity and innovation, and the diligence with higher frequency were in the first rank and the subcomponents of the situation perception and adaptation with less frequency were in the last rank. Also, attention to the components was different in the textbooks, with the highest emphasis on the knowledge (35.91) and the least emphasis on the attitude (30.88). Given the changes in the education at the modern age, the use of the Bruner Spiral Curriculum in the curriculum design and revision in the future editions seem to be necessary in order to pay more attention to the lessconsidered categories.
