تبیین پدیده مدرسه به‌عنوان شتاب‌دهنده

مقالة حاضر گزارش پژوهشی است که با هدف مفهوم سازی نسل جدیدی از مدرسه های کارآفرین با کارکردهای یک شتاب دهنده، صورت بندی شد. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. بر اساس نمونه گیری هدفمند و تا حصول اشباع نظری، 10 متخصصی که به طور ترکیبیو همزمان در حوز ه های کارآفرینی و نظام های مدرسه ای مشغول فعالیت های نظری وعملی بودند، به مشارکت دعوت شدند. با توجه به دامنة متنوع مدرسه ها، کانون مطالعه بر هنرستان های فنی وحرفه ای متمرکز شد. داد ه ها به کمک مصاحبة نیمه ساختاریافته گردآوری و با روش تحلیلمضمون تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته های نهایی در 29 کد باز، 13 کد محوری و پنج کد گزینشی مضمون یابی شدند. نتایج نشان داد، سازه های «استقرار شتاب دهنده درون مدرسه ای متعهد به توسعه نوآفرینی « ،» برقراری شبکه توسعه دهنده کارآفرینی « ،» فردی سازی یکپارچة کلیةبرنامه های مدرسه در فضاهای اشتراکی « ،» تعهد فراگیر و عملی همه گرو ه های ذینفع شتاب دهنده مدرس های به توسعه کارآفرینی « ،» ریسک پذیری شتاب دهنده مدرس های با همراهی ورودی های خاص و ذینفعان ارزش آفرین »، با هم توان تبیین پدیده مدرسه به عنوان شتاب دهنده را دارند.

Explaining the phenomenon of school as accelerator

This paper is a research report that aims at conceptualizing a new generation of the entrepreneurial schools with the functions of an accelerator. This study was conducted with a qualitative phenomenological approach. The research sample consisted of 10 experts who were engaged simultaneously in both the theoretical and practical activities in the field of entrepreneurship and school systems. They were selected through a purposeful sampling method and they participated in the study until getting the theoretical saturation. Due to the diverse range of schools, the focus of study was on the technical and vocational schools. Data were collected through the semistructured interview and they were analyzed by the thematic analysis. The final findings were encoded in the form of 29 open, 13 axial, and 5 selective codes. The results showed that the constructs of launching the withinschool accelerator committed to innovation development, establishing the entrepreneurship developer network, the integrated individualization of all school programs in the shared spaces, inclusive and practical commitment of all school accelerator stakeholders to the entrepreneurship development, and the school accelerator risktaking with specific inputs and the valueadded stakeholders can together explain the school phenomenon as the accelerator.
