طراحی مدل مشارکت نظام دانشگاهی ایران در فرآیند تربیت‌معلم

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه‌های مشارکت نظام دانشگاهی در فرایند تربیت‌معلم کشور و طراحی مدلی در این زمینه، به اجرا درآمد. این پژوهش با استفاده از رویکرد تفسیری و روش اکتشافی صورت پذیرفت. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. به این منظور، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و فنون نمونه‌گیری موارد مطلوب و زنجیره‌ای، 15 نفر از صاحب‌نظران، متخصصان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی جامعه علوم تربیتی و تربیت‌معلم ایران انتخاب شدند. داده‌های کیفی پس از گردآوری، با روش تحلیل مضمون، به‌صورت استقرایی یا مبتنی برداده مورد تحلیل و تفسیر قرار گرفتند. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر شناسایی و استخراج 36 مولفه فرعی و 9 مولفه اصلی، در قالب 5 بُعد شامل ابعاد «چالشی»، «نظری»، «عملی»، «پیوند نظریه و عمل» و «توسعه‌ای» بودند. فرایند اعتباربخشی و روایابی یافته‌ها، علاوه بر سه‌سوسازی در مراحل گردآوری و تحلیل داده‌ها، با استفاده از روش دلفی و اجرای آزمون دوجمله‌ای، و همچنین روش‌های بررسی اعضا و جلسات گفت‌وگو با هم‌طرازان صورت پذیرفت. بر این اساس «مدل مشارکت نظام دانشگاهی در فرایند تربیت‌معلم کشور» طراحی و ارائه شد.

Designing the partnership model of the Iranian academic system in the teacher education process

The purpose of this study was to identify the dimensions and components of the academic system’s partnership in the teacher education process of Iran and to design a model in this area. This research was done using the interpretive approach and the exploratory method. The semistructured interview was used to collect data. For this purpose, using the purposeful sampling method and the intensity and chain sampling techniques, 15 experts and faculty members of Iran’s Society of Educational Sciences and teacher education were selected. Qualitative data was analyzed through the thematic analysis approach and the inductive or grounded theory methods. The Research findings indicated the identification and extraction of 36 subcomponents and 9 main components in the form of 5 Dimensions including the challenging, theoretical, practical, linking theory and practice, and developmental. The credibility and validation of the results was done by the Delphi technique and implementing the binomial test, in addition to the triangulation in the data collection and analysis processes as well as member checking and peer debriefing meeting. Finally, “the model of the academic system partnership in the teacher education process of the country” was designed and presented.
