شناسایی و تحلیل ساختاری تاثیر متقابل پیشران های تغییر در حوزه آموزش وپرورش

غفلت از پیچیدگی‌های نظام تعلیم‌ و تربیت، به دلیل گستردگی و اهمیت آن می‌تواند صدمات غیرقابل‌ جبرانی به بار آورد. در مقاله حاضر پیشران‌های تغییر در حوزه آموزش‌وپرورش جهان از طریق متن‌کاوی در اسناد معتبر جهانی و نظر گروه خبرگان، بررسی و شناسایی شده است. سپس با برگزاری جلسه دلفی مشترک خبرگان، تاثیر پیشران‌های شناسایی‌شده بر هم سنجیده شده و موردبحث قرار گرفته است. آنگاه از طریق نرم‌افزار «میک‌مک» جایگاه هر پیشران تحلیل و بررسی شد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که پیشران‌های «جهانی‌شدن (بین‌المللی‌شدن آموزش‌وپرورش)»، «تنوع‌طلبی»، «شبکه جهانی اینترنت (شبکه‌های اجتماعی)»، «انتقال از آموزش به یادگیری»، «شناسایی و به‌کارگیری الگوهای بهتر» و «توسعه فناوری و دیجیتال» دارای تاثیرگذاری بسیار بالایی بر سایر پیشران‌ها هستند، پیشران‌های «رفاه اقتصادی و افزایش طبقه متوسط» و «فردگرایی (شخصی‌سازی یادگیری)» جزو پیشران‌های اثرگذار تلقی می‌شوند، پیشران‌های «توسعه علوم، فناوری، مهندسی و ریاضی (stem)» و «یکپارچه‌سازی آموزش و محتوای آموزشی» نسبت به سایر پیشران‌ها مستقل هستند، و پیشران «عدم‌تمرکز یا پایان تولید برنامه‌های سازمان‌یافته رسمی (طراحی نظام‌هایی با انعطاف‌پذیری بیشتر)» خروجی و نتیجه کنش و واکنش سایر پیشران‌های این سیستم محسوب می‌شود که عنوان پیشران وابسته را در این مطالعه به خود اختصاص داده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که حرکت آهسته ولی مداوم به سمت عدم‌تمرکز و مقاومت نکردن در برابر این تغییرات می‌تواند نظام آموزشی را از زیر سایه صرفاً الگوبرداری از نتایج سایر نظام‌های تعلیم‌وتربیت جهان و به‌دوراز دستاوردهای بومی و داخلی، خارج سازد و نویدبخش آینده‌ای روشن و شفاف باشد.

Identification and structural analysis of the interactional effect of the change drivers on the field of education

Due to its wide range and importance, the education system has very important and complex elements that if we neglect to monitor their future variations, it can lead to undeniable and profound damages to the results that are expected to be achieved by societies. In the present paper, it has been tried to investigate and identify the change drivers in the field of the world’s education through text mining in global valid documents and then, measure and discuss the impact of the identified drivers on each other through holding the Delphi conference among the experts. After that, the position of each driver was analyzed and investigated through the Micmac software. The findings indicated that the drivers of “globalization (internationalization of education)”, “diversity”, “global internet network (social networks)”, “transition from educating to learning”, “identification and the use of better patterns” and “technological and digital development” have a great influence on other drivers and they are also influenced greatly by such drivers. The drivers of “economic welfare and the middle class increase” and “individualism (learning privatization)” are considered as the effective drivers. The drivers of “STEM Development (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)” and “integration of education and educational content” are independent of other drivers. Finally, the driver of “lack of focus or the end of the formal organized programs (designing systems with more flexibility)” is considered as the output and result of the action and reaction of other drivers of the system that are regarded as the dependent drivers in this study. The results suggest that moving slowly but steadily towards decentralization and not resisting against such changes could prevent the education system of just modeling the education system from the results of other education systems in the world, far from native contributions and could promise a bright and clear future.
