اقتصاد آبی و توسعه دریامحور: رویکردی جامع با تاکید بر توسعه پایدار و حفاظت از اکوسیستم‌های دریایی

پیشینه و مبانی نظری پژوهش:  اقتصاد آبی به‌عنوان یکی از مولفه‌های اصلی توسعه پایدار، در دهه‌های اخیر توجه گسترده‌ای را به خود جلب کرده است. با وجود مزایای چشمگیر، این نوع توسعه با چالش‌هایی مانند بهره‌برداری ناپایدار از منابع دریایی، تخریب زیست‌محیطی، و نبود هماهنگی میان اجزای اقتصادی و محیط‌زیستی مواجه است. پژوهش حاضر بر موضوعاتی مانند مدیریت منابع دریایی، استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین در صنایع دریایی، و ارتباط اقتصاد آبی با توسعه پایدار متمرکز است.روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش با رویکردی میان‌رشته‌ای، به تحلیل تعاملات اقتصادی و محیط‌زیستی مرتبط با اقتصاد آبی پرداخته است. به‌منظور تدوین برنامه‌های راهبردی برای توسعه اقتصاد دریامحور، شاخص‌های کلیدی نظیر تنوع زیستی، فناوری‌های انرژی دریایی و سیاست‌های مدیریت جامع دریایی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اند. این تحقیق با استفاده از روش کیفی و مرور نظام‌مند منابع موجود، تحقیقات مرتبط را ارزیابی کرده و یافته‌های اصلی و راهبردهای کلیدی در این حوزه را استخراج و تحلیل نموده است.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که حفاظت از زیستگاه‌های دریایی و مدیریت جامع منابع طبیعی، نقش کلیدی در تعادل‌بخشی میان توسعه اقتصادی و حفظ اکوسیستم‌های حساس دریایی دارد. همچنین استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین مانند انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر دریایی نه تنها اثرات زیست‌محیطی را کاهش می‌دهد، بلکه فرصت‌های اقتصادی جدیدی را برای توسعه پایدار فراهم می‌آورد. علاوه بر این، همکاری‌های منطقه‌ای و تقویت برنامه‌های بین‌المللی نیز از مهم‌ترین نیازها برای ارتقای بهره‌وری و حفاظت پایدار در اقتصاد آبی محسوب می‌شود.  نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش حاضر بر اهمیت رویکردی جامع و یکپارچه برای توسعه پایدار اقتصاد دریامحور تاکید دارد که همزمان به رشد اقتصادی و حفاظت از اکوسیستم‌های دریایی پردازد. حفاظت از اکوسیستم‌ها، پیشرفت فناوری‌های تجدیدپذیر، کاهش آلودگی‌ها و مدیریت منابع آبی از عوامل کلیدی هستند. همچنین، ایجاد مناطق حفاظت‌شده، اعمال قوانین سخت‌گیرانه و توسعه فناوری‌های نوآورانه انرژی‌های تجدیدپذیر می‌تواند گامی موثر در تحقق توسعه پایدار اقتصاد آبی باشد.

blue economy and marine-based development: an integrated approach with emphasis on sustainable development and marine ecosystem protection

background and theoretical foundations: the development of the blue economy, as one of the key components of sustainable development, has attracted significant attention in recent decades. despite its remarkable benefits, this type of development faces challenges such as unsustainable exploitation of marine resources, environmental degradation, and lack of coordination between economic and environmental components. this study focuses on topics such as marine resource management, the use of advanced technologies in marine industries, and the relationship between the blue economy and sustainable development.methodology: this research, with an interdisciplinary approach, analyzes the economic and environmental interactions related to the blue economy. in order to develop strategic plans for marine-based economic development, key indicators such as biodiversity, marine energy technologies, and integrated marine management policies have been examined. this study uses a qualitative method and a systematic review of existing literature to evaluate relevant research, extracting and analyzing key findings and strategies in this field.findings: the results indicate that the protection of marine habitats and the integrated management of natural resources play a pivotal role in balancing economic development with the preservation of sensitive marine ecosystems. additionally, the use of innovative technologies, such as marine renewable energy, not only reduces environmental impacts but also creates new economic opportunities for sustainable development. furthermore, regional cooperation and strengthening international programs are identified as critical needs for enhancing efficiency and ensuring sustainable protection in the blue economy.conclusion: this study emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive and integrated approach for the sustainable development of the blue economy, addressing both economic growth and the protection of marine ecosystems. key factors include ecosystem conservation, the advancement of renewable technologies, pollution reduction, and water resource management. additionally, the establishment of protected areas, the implementation of stringent regulations, and the development of innovative renewable energy technologies can play a crucial role in achieving sustainable blue economy development.
