تدوین جهت گیری راهبردی بندر جاسک با استفاده از مدل swot

پیشینه و  اهداف: در سال‌های اخیر با توجه به اهمیت راهبردی توسعه سواحل مکران و رویکرد جدید اقتصادی، شرق کشور به عنوان نقطه توسعه‌ای در جغرافیای کشور مطرح شده و بندر جاسک به یکی از بهترین نقاط برای انجام فعالیت‌های اقتصادی و توسعه‌ای بدل شده است. هدف از نگارش این مقاله، شناسایی نقاط ضعف، قوت، تهدید و فرصت بندر جاسک به عنوان یکی از بنادر مهم در جنوب غرب سواحل مکران می‌باشد. روش: این تحقیق در دو مرحله صورت گرفته است. در مرحله اول با استفاده از مطالعات انجام شده عوامل داخلی و خارجی موثر بر بندر جاسک شناسایی شده و ماتریس swat برای این بندر ترسیم شده است. سپس در مرحله دوم با توجه به نتایج ماتریس ارزیابی، جهت‌گیری راهبردی بندر تعیین شده است یافته‌ها: . جهت‌گیری راهبردی بندر جاسک از نوع تهاجمی به دست آمده است و برآن اساس، لازم است راهبردهای مبتنی بر استفاده از نقاط قوت موجود و فرصت‌های پیش روی بندر در اولویت قرار گیرند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس تحلیل سوات و جهت‌گیری راهبردی به دست آمده برای بندر جاسک، امکان توسعه و بهره‌برداری‌های متنوع از بندر وجود دارد. تغییر الگوی مدیریت بندر و دعوت از بخش‌ خصوصی برای سرمایه‌گذاری در بندر می‌تواند به ارتقا سطح عملکردی هرچه بیشتر بندر کمک نماید.

developing the strategic orientation of jask port using the swot model

background and objectives:  in recent years, due to the strategic importance of makran coastal zone and new economic approaches for this region, eastern coasts have been identified as development points in the country’s geography and jask port is turned to be one the most suitable points for economic and commercial activities in this region. in the present paper, the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of jask port as one of the important ports in south western part of makran coastline have been identified.methodology:  this research has been done in two stages. in the first stage, internal and external factors affecting jask port have been identified and the swot matrix has been formed. then, in the second stage, according to the results of the evaluation matrix, the strategic orientation of the port is determined.findings:  the strategic orientation is found to be aggressive meaning that the strategic plans made by the decision makers should be based upon the identified strengths and opportunities of the port.conclusion: based on the swot analysis and the strategic orientation obtained for jask port, development  of the port and various operational potentials are viable. changing the port management model and inviting the private sector to invest in the port can lead to the port performance improvement
