شناسایی عوامل موثر بر رشد در مراکز رشد فناوری سلامت دانشگاه‫های علوم‫پزشکی کشور (مطالعه دانشگاه‫های علوم‫پزشکی تیپ3)

زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش به منظور بهینه سازی سیاستگذاری رشد فناوری و کاهش هزینه های مراکز رشد فناوری سلامت دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی انجام پذیرفت. شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار در رشد واحدهای فناور به مراکز رشد کمک می کند به عنوان محیط میزبان رشد فناوری به طور کارآمدتری از رشد شرکت های دانش بنیان و تکامل و پیشرفت کارآفرینان دارای نوآوری استفاده کنند.روش کار: این مطالعه یک پژوهش کیفی بود که با استخراج داده های کیفی از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساخت یافته با 31 نفر از مدیران مراکز رشد و مدیران واحدهای مستقر در مراکز رشد و صاحب نظران حوزه کارآفرینی سلامت انجام یافت که مصاحبه ها در سه مرحله کدگذاری و مقوله بندی شده و مقوله های اصلی و فرعی شناسایی شدند.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که برای رشد واحدهای فناور در مراکز رشد فناوری سلامت دو متغیر های اساسی برنامه مرکز رشد و زیرساخت ها بر روی بازده مراکز و رشد واحدها تاثیر دارند. این در حالی است که با توجه به ظرفیت های منطقه ای دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی تیپ 3 کشور عوامل برنامه ای رشد، مقوله های بیشتری را معرفی نموده و به روی زیرساخت ها به نسبت تمرکز کمتری شده لذا برنامه رشد خوب سهم بزرگتری می تواند داشته باشد. نتیجه گیری: این پژوهش نشان داد که از برنامه رشد و زیرساخت های مراکز رشد فناوری سلامت در دانشگاه های کم‫برخوردار چه مقوله هایی مورد انتظار است.  

Identifying the Factors Affecting the Growth in Health Technology Incubator of Medical Universities of the Country (Study Three Type Medical Universities)

Background & objectives: This research has been carried out in order to optimize technology development policies and reduce the costs of health technology development centers in universities of medical sciences. Identifying the influential factors in the growth of technology units helps the growth centers to more efficiently use the growth of knowledgebased companies and the development and progress of innovative entrepreneurs as a host environment for technology growth.Methods: The current study is a qualitative research that was conducted by extracting qualitative data through semistructured interviews with 31 managers of growth centers and managers of units located in growth centers and experts in the field of health entrepreneurship. It has been coded and categorized in three stages and the main and subcategories have been identified.Results: The results show that for the growth of technology units in health technology growth centers, two basic variables of the growth center program and infrastructure have an effect on the efficiency of the centers and the growth of the units. This is despite the fact that according to the regional capacities of Type 3 medical sciences universities in the country, growth program factors have introduced more categories and less focus has been placed on infrastructure, so the growth plan is good. It can have a bigger share.Conclusion: This research shows what categories are expected from the growth plan and infrastructures of health technology growth centers in few universities.
