فرصت‌ها، چالش‌ها و روندهای جهانی فناوری تنظیم‌گری: مرور نظام مند مبانی نظری

فناوری تنظیم‌گری، مفهومی نوظهور است که در سال‌های اخیر انقلاب بزرگی در حوزه ارائه خدمات مالی ایجاد نموده است، به طوری که در حال حاضر بسیاری از سازمان‌ها و نهادهای مالی در سطح جهان به دنبال ایجاد هماهنگی و بهره‌گیری از آن هستند. امروزه تعداد قابل توجهی از کسب و کارهای نوپا در زمینه فناوری تنظیم‌گری در دنیا متولد شده‌اند که از فناوری‌های جدیدی نظیر: داده‌کاوی، یادگیری ماشین، رایانش ابری، هوش مصنوعی، بلاکچین و غیره در این زمینه استفاده می‌کنند. در این پژوهش ابتدا به بررسی علمی مفهوم فناوری تنظیم‌گری و تاریخچه پیدایش آن پرداخته شد و سپس اهداف، مزایا و معایب، راه‌حل‌ها، فرصت‌ها، روندها و چالش‌های احتمالی این فناوری با اهمیت و راهگشا که بر سر راه کاربران و فعالان بازارهای مالی قرار خواهدگرفت، مورد بررسی و مطالعه قرار گرفت. در پژوهش حاضر، با بهره‌گیری از روش مرور نظام‌مند مبانی نظری، 25 مقاله منتخب علمی و پژوهشی در زمینه فناوری تنظیم‌گری جمع ‌آوری و تجزیه و تحلیل شد. راهکارهای فناوری تنظیم‌گری از روش‌های جدید، ابتکاری و نوآورانه فناوری پیشرفته نظیر: یادگیری ماشین، رباتیک، هوش مصنوعی، داده‌کاوی، بلاکچین، رابط‌های برنامه نویسی کاربردی، رایانش ابری، معماری سرویس‌گرا و راه‌حل‌های تجسم فکری استفاده می‌کند که می تواند سریع تر، با دقت بیشتر و هزینه کمتر تنظیم‌گری ها را محقق نماید.

Opportunities, challenges, and global trends in Regtech: A systematic review of theoretical foundations

Regtech is an emerging concept that has created a great revolution in the field of financial services in recent years, so many financial organizations and institutions around the world are now seeking to coordinate and use it. Today, a significant number of start-ups in the field of Regtech have been born in the world that use new technologies such as: data mining,, machine learning, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, block-chain, etc. in this field. In this research, first the scientific concept of Regtech and its history were examined and then the goals, advantages and disadvantages, solutions, opportunities, trends and possible challenges of this important and instructive technology that will be placed in the way of users and financial market participants, was studied. In the present study, using the method of systematic review of theoretical foundations, 25 selected scientific research papers in the field of Regtech were collected and analyzed.
