ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺪل ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎری ﻧﻘﺶﻫﺎ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮ دﻓﺎﺗﺮ اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﻓﻨﺎوری در اﮐﻮﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه

دﻓﺎﺗﺮ اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﻓﻨﺎوری از ﻣﺎﻟﮑﯿﺖ ﻓﮑﺮی ﯾﮏ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻋﻠﻤﯽ ﻣﺎﻧﻨﺪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﯾﺎ ﯾﮏ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ ﻣﺤﺎﻓﻈﺖ ﮐﺮده و ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻠﺎت ﺟﺎری اﯾﻦ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ را ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺧﻠﻖ ارزش ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﻟﺬا اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﻓﻨﺎوری از ﭘﯿﮑﺮه داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﻪ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ، از ﻣﻮﺛﺮﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﮐﺎﻧﺎلﻫﺎی اﻧﺘﻘﺎل و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻓﻨﺎوری اﺳﺖ و در اﯾﺮان ﻧﯿﺰ ﻋﻠﯿﺮﻏﻢ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽﻫﺎی اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه، ﻣﺸﻬﻮد اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻫﻨﻮز ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮﺑﯽ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎی اﺻﻠﯽ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖﺑﻨﺪی ﻧﺸﺪه و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ ﻧﺪارد. ﺣﺎل ﺑﺎ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ ﯾﺎ ﻋﺪم ﻣﻮﻓﻘﯿﺖ اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﻓﻨﺎوری از داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﻪ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ دﺧﺎﻟﺖ دارد، ﻣﯽﺗﻮان درﺧﺼﻮص ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺎزﯾﮕﺮان اﺻﻠﯽ در اﮐﻮﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد و ﻣﺪل ﮐﺴﺐوﮐﺎر آﻧﻬﺎ، ﻣﻮاردی را ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻓﻌﻠﯽ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی و ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﻧﻤﻮد. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺟﻬﺖ دﺳﺘﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﯾﮏ ﻣﺪل ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ درﺧﺼﻮص ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد اﺻﻠﯽ دﻓﺎﺗﺮ اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﻓﻨﺎوری، اﺑﺘﺪا ﯾﮏ ﻣﺮور ادﺑﯿﺎت ﻧﻈﺎمﻣﻨﺪ از ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ و اﺷﺘﺮاک ﺑﯿﻦ دﻓﺎﺗﺮ اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﻓﻨﺎوری در ﺑﺴﺘﺮ داﻧﺸﮕﺎهﻫﺎ ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر درک و ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﻬﯿﻪ و ﺳﭙﺲ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺮور ﻣﺪلﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﻌﺪد اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﻓﻨﺎوری در دﻓﺎﺗﺮ اﻧﺘﻘﺎل ﻓﻨﺎوری و ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺻﺎﺣﺒﻨﻈﺮان، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ دﺳﺘﻪﺑﻨﺪی و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﻈﺮﺳﻨﺠﯽ از ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﯿﻦ، اﺑﻌﺎد و ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎی ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪی، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ، ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺑﺎر ﻋﺎﻣﻠﯽ، ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎی ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ، ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ و ﺗﺠﺎریﺳﺎزی داﻧﺶ و داراﯾﯽﻫﺎی ﻓﮑﺮی در راﺳﺘﺎی ﻧﻮآوری، دارای اﻫﻤﯿﺖ و ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮی در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻣﺪل ﺑﺮازش ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.

Designing a model to identify the main roles and functions of technology transfer offices with a technology transfer approach in the direction of intellectual property management

In this paper, in order to achieve a suitable model for the main function of technology transfer offices, first with a systematic literature review of the interaction and sharing between TTO technology transfer offices in universities in order to understand how to manage TTOs in IP intellectual property management Prepared and presented. Technology transfer offices protect the intellectual property of a scientific organization such as a university or a research organization and manage current interactions in the process with the aim of creating value. Therefore, technology transfer from the university to industry is one of the most effective channels for technology transfer and development. In Iran, despite the studies, it is clear that the main activities are not well prioritized and do not perform well. For this purpose, after reviewing various models of technology transfer in TTOs and interviewing experts, tasks and effective factors with the technology transfer approach are divided into six main variables and finally components. The main one that indicates the appropriate determination of factors is identified and then using interviews and surveys of 45 experts (with the distribution of questionnaires) the underlying dimensions of independent variables and dependent variables by confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis and factor loading using software PLS item Analysis was performed. Therefore, the research findings show the creation, development and commercialization of knowledge and intellectual assets in the direction of innovation, which have more importance, weight and impact in the form of a model that fits the purpose of the research.
