استانداردسازی راهبردی موثر جهت تسریع توسعه فناوری صنعتی در کشور

علم و فناوری اولین نیروهای مولد ظهور یک اقتصاد دانش بنیان به‌حساب می‌آیند. سطح علم و فناوری، رابطه مستقیمی با موفقیت در توسعه فناوری و رشد صنعتی یک کشور دارد. یک گام مهم در موفقیت در توسعه و تکامل فناوری، استانداردسازی فناوری است. داشتن درک مناسب از مفاهیم و رویکردها استاندارد‌سازی فناوری، می‌تواند روند توسعه فناوری را تسریع و نفوذ به بازارهای بین‌المللی را تسهیل نماید. در این پژوهش، در یک مطالعه توصیفی-پیمایشی و با استفاده ‌از تحلیل همبستگی متغیرها و مدل رگرسیونی چندگانه، به ‌بررسی رابطه میان استانداردسازی و توسعه فناوری در برخی‌ از صنایع خودروسازی کشور پرداخته شده است تا مشخص شود که استانداردسازی از طریق چه عواملی و چگونه، بر توسعه فناوری اثر می‌گذارد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که در مجموع استانداردسازی همبستگی قوی، مثبت و معناداری با توسعه فناوری دارد و راهبردی موثر جهت تسریع توسعه فناوری در کشور محسوب می‌گردد. در میان عوامل استخراجی از مدل، دو عامل تحقیق‌و‌توسعه استانداردها و راه‌کار فنی، دارای بیش‌ترین همبستگی با توسعه فناوری می‌باشند و نقش بارزی در ارتقای آن ایفا می‌کنند. در نهایت نیز با توجه به نتایج، راه‌اندازی واحد تحقیق‌وتوسعه استانداردها و ادغام آن با واحدهای تحقیق‌وتوسعه فناوری به صنایع کشور پیشنهاد گردید.

standardization, an effective strategy to accelerate industrial development in the country

Science and technology are the first driving forces for the emergence of a knowledge enterprise economy. The level of science and technology is related directly to the success of technology development and industrial growth of a country. An important step in the success of technology development is the standardization of technology. Having a proper understanding of the concepts and approaches of technology standardization can accelerate the process of technology development and facilitate market access and penetration of international markets. research, in a descriptivesurvey study and using correlation analysis of variables and multiple regression relationships, we try to examine the relationship between standardization and technology development in some of the automotive industries to determine through what factors and how standardization affects technology development. The results show that in general, standardization has a relatively strong, positive and significant correlation with technology development and it is an effective strategy to accelerate the development of technology in the country. Among the factors extracted from the model, the two factors of research and development of standards and technical solution have the highest correlation for technology development. Finally, establishment a specific section as standards in the R&D unit of automotive industry was proposed.
