قابلیت‌های پویای تحقیق‌‌و‌‌توسعه و تاثیر آنها بر عملکرد نوآورانه‌‌ی شرکت‌های صنایع غذایی تولید کننده‌ی شیرینی و شکلات

قابلیت‌های پویا، ظرفیت یک سازمان در ایجاد،گسترش یا اصلاح هدفمند پایگاه منابع خود می‌باشد.منابع چیزهایی هستند که سازمان می‌تواند با اتکای به آنها به اهدافش دست یابد.یکی از مهم‌ترین توانمندی‌های پویا،توانمندی‌های پویای تحقیق‌و‌توسعه در سازمان‌ها می‌باشد، از مهم‌ترین خروجی‌های تحقیق‌و‌توسعه،ایجاد نوآوری می‌باشد.لذا توانمندی‌های پویای تحقیق‌وتوسعه می‌تواند بر روی عملکرد نوآورانه‌ی شرکت‌ها از جمله شرکت‌های صنایع غذایی تاثیر بسزایی داشته باشد.بنابراین هدف این پژوهش شناسایی توانمندی‌های پویای تحقیق‌و‌توسعه در شرکت‌های صنایع غذایی و میزان تاثیر هر یک از این توانایی‌ها بر عملکرد نوآورانه2 می‌باشد، زیرا نوآوری در شرکت‌ها باعث ایجاد شایستگی‌محوری می‌گردد و در کسب مزیت رقابتی سهم بسزایی دارد.به منظور تجزیه‌و‌‌تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار amosاستفاده گردیده است.در نهایت 19‌شاخص نهایی به عنوان قابلیت‌های پویای تحقیق‌و‌توسعه در صنایع غذایی شناسایی شدند که قابلیت یکپارچه‌سازی و ایجاد هماهنگی بین فرآیندهای واحد تحقیق‌و‌توسعه و واحدهای دیگر سازمانی بیشترین تاثیر را در پویایی قابلیت‌های تحقیق‌و‌توسعه دارد.در متغیر احساس،شاخص سرعت در تشخیص تغییرات در صنعت،در متغیر ادراک،شاخص فعالیت‌های مرتبط جهت افزودن ارزش برای مشتریان در برنامه‌های استراتژیک سازمان،و در متغیر پیکربندی مجدد،شاخص توانایی ادغام دانش جدید به دست آمده با دانش موجود،دارای بیشترین ضریب‌های تعیین و تاثیر می‌باشند.همچنین مشخص شد که قابلیت پویای تحقیق‌و‌توسعه با سطح اطمینان 99% بر عملکرد نوآورانه تاثیر مثبت دارد.

Identifying the R&D dynamic capabilities and investigating their impact on the innovative performance of food industry companies (Case study: companies producing sweet and chocolate)

Dynamic Capabilities are the capacity of an organization to create, expand, or modify purposefully its resources. The organizations rely on resources in order to achieve their goals. One of the most important dynamic capabilities is the research and development one in organizations that it’s most important output is innovation creation. So, research and development dynamic capabilities can have a significant impact on the innovative performance of companies, such as food industries; because innovation creates core competency and plays an important role in gaining competitive advantage in companies. Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify the dynamic capabilities of research and development in food industries and the impact of each of these capabilities on innovative performance. In order to analyze the data, AMOS software is used.    Finally, 19 indicators were identified as research and development dynamic capabilities in the food industry. Among these indicators, the capability of integration and creating coordination between the processes of the research and development unit and other organizational units have the greatest impact on the research and development dynamic capabilities. In the sensing variable, the speed indicator in detecting changes in the industry, in the seizing variable, the indicator of related activities to add value to customers in the organization’s strategic plans, and in the reconfiguration variable, the indicator of ability to integrate new knowledge with existing one have the highest coefficients of determinants.It was also found that research and development dynamic capability with a 99% confidence interval has a positive effect on innovative performance.
