تحلیلی بر سناریوهای ایجاد نوآوری باز در حوزه صنعت غذایی با رویکرد پویایی سیستم(Sd)و تکنیک دیمتل فازی( مطالعه موردی صنعت کنجد استان یزد)

یکی از عوامل مهم نابودی سازمان‌ها، نبود خلاقیت و نوآوری در سازمان است. فرایند نوآوری در گذشته وابسته به منابع فکری درون سازمانی و تلاش برای توسعه و تجاری‌سازی آنها در درون سازمان بوده است. اما امروزه پارادایم نوآوری باز از ایده‌ها و فناوری‌های بیرونی استفاده کرده و به دیگر شرکت‌ها نیز اجازه می‌دهند از ایده‌های نوآورانه آنها بهره‌مند شوند. بنابراین در این پژوهش در راستای ایجاد نوآوری باز در صنعت کنجدی استان یزد عوامل موثر بر نوآوری باز شناسایی و با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل فازی تاثیر این عوامل بر روی یکدیگر مشخص شد. سپس با استفاده از تکنیک پویایی سیستم سناریوهایی جهت افزایش نوآوری باز در این صنعت ارائه گردید. در نهایت مشخص گردید که افزایش واسطه‌های نوآوری و افزایش یکپارچه سازی و افزایش ارتباط بین صنعت و دانشگاه می‌تواند نوآوری باز را افزایش دهد. از عوامل دیگر می‌توان میزان استفاده از کسب‌ و کاربسته را در سازمان نام برد که بر روی نوآوی باز تاثیر دارد و سازمان‌ها برای افزایش نوآوری باز باید سعی کنند که استفاده از کسب و کار بسته را کاهش و ارتباط خود را با مشتریان و رقبا و سایر سازمان‌ها افزایش دهند.

An Analysis of the Open Innovation Scenarios in the Food Industry with the System Dynamics Approach (SD) and the Fuzzy DEMATEL Technique (Case Study of Sesame Industry in Yazd Province)

One of the important factors in the destruction of organizations is the lack of creativity and innovation in the organization. The process of innovation in the past has been dependent on intellectual resources within the organization and the efforts to develop and commercialize them within the organization. But today, the open innovation paradigm uses external ideas and technologies, and allows other companies to take advantage of their innovative ideas. Therefore, in this paper, the factors affecting innovation were identified in order to create open innovation in the sesame industry of Yazd province and the effect of these factors on each other was identified using the fuzzy dematel technique. Then, with the system dynamics technique, scenarios for increasing open innovation in this industry were presented. Finally, it was discovered that increasing the intermediaries of innovation and increasing integration and increasing the link between industry and university could increase open innovation. Other factors include the using close business business in the organization that affects Open innovation , and organizations should try to reduce the use of closed businesses and increase their Relation to customers and competitors and other organizations.
