برساخت اجتماعی کرونا مبتنی بر تجربۀ زیستۀ بیماران (موردمطالعه: بیماران مبتلا به کرونا در بین سال‌های 1399- 1401)

امروزه بیماری کرونا یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل و مشکلات بهداشت جهانی است؛ چراکه سلامت فردی و اجتماعی افراد جوامع را در اقصی نقاط جهان به خطر انداخته است. شیوع و اپیدمی آن، همان اتفاقی است که از آن به‌عنوان نقطه عطفی در تاریخ بشر یاد شد. پژوهش حاضر با روش کیفی و به‌طور خاص رویکرد پدیدارشناسی در نظر دارد تجارب زیستۀ افراد مبتلا به کرونا را در تغییرات زندگی اجتماعی‌شان موردمطالعه قرار دهد. جامعۀ موردمطالعه در این پژوهش شامل افرادی است که طی سال‌های 1399 تا 1401 در شهرستان دره شهر به این بیماری مبتلا شده‌اند. تعداد مشارکت‌کنندگان 19 نفر است که از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه عمیق است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها براساس الگوی کلایزی و بر مبنای استخراج مفاهیم از مصاحبه‌ها و کدگذاری آن‌ها به استخراج مضمون‌های: کرونا به‌مثابه متن لایه مند، سبک زندگی سالم، حمایت اجتماعی عاطفی-ابزاری، ناامنی اجتماعی، دوجهانه شدن زندگی سوژه‌ها، ماسک ابزارِ نمایشِ خودِ جدید، انجامید. در پایان و با توجه به سویه جدید بیماری کرونا و نقش پررنگ خانواده در اداره و کنترل چنین بحران‌هایی، پیشنهاد می‌شود مهارت‌های گفتگو و همدلی، تغییر الگوهای مصرف در خانواده‌ها و همچنین تبلیغ سبک زندگی سلامت‌محور برای کاهش اثرات و فشارهای این بیماری موردتوجه قرار گیرد.

the social construction of corona based on the patients’ lived experience (case study: patients infected with covid-19 from 2020-2022)

the covid-19 is one of the most important issues and problems of global health, because it has endangered the personal and social health of people across the world. its spread is now considered a turning point in human history. the current study aimed to study the lived experiences of people affected by the covid-19, using qualitative method and taking a phenomenological approach. the statistical population includes people infected with this virus between 2020 and 2022 in dareh shahr city, iran. nineteen participants were selected through targeted and snowball sampling. the data collection tool was in-depth interview. the claesian method was used to analyze the data and extract the concepts from the interviews. some themes were extracted from the interviews: the covid-19 as a multi-layered text, healthy lifestyle, emotional-instrumental social support, social insecurity, the dual aspect of people’s life, mask as a new self-display tool. considering the new strain of corona disease and the prominent role of the family in the management and control of such crises, such issues as improving communication and empathy skills, changing consumption patterns of families, and promoting a health-oriented lifestyle were recommended to reduce the effects and pressures of the virus.
