تحلیل کیفی زمینه ها و شرایط شکل‌گیری رقابت منفی در بین دانش آموزان متوسطه شهر قوچان

این مطالعه با هدف واکاوی زمینه‌ها و شرایط شکل‌گیری رقابت دانش‌آموزان متوسطه در شهر قوچان انجام شد.  رویکرد حاکم، کیفی بود و از پارادایم تفسیری و پویش روایتی بهره‌ گرفته شد. همچنین برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبۀ ساختارنایافته استفاده شد. قلمروی پژوهش در سال تحصیلی 991398 و دو دبیرستان پسرانه در شهر قوچان بود. با 22 نفر مصاحبه انجام گرفت که 17 نفر دانش‌آموز و 5 نفر دبیر بودند. دانش‌آموزان مشارکت‌کننده با استفاده از روش گلوله‌برفی و براساس معیار دارابودن ویژگی‌های رقابتی انتخاب شدند. برای اعتباربخشی به یافته‌های پژوهش از فنون  سه‌سویه‌سازی و توصیف غنی و وارسی متون بازنویسی‌شده توسط مصاحبه‌شونده‌ها استفاده شد. تحلیل یافته‌ها از طریق تحلیل مضمون (تماتیک) و از طریق کدگذاری باز و محوری انجام پذیرفت. گزارش این پژوهش همراستای با تجویز استفاده از زبان هنر در پژوهش‌های روایتی، به‌صورت نظم (شعر) تدوین یافت. عواملی همچون کسب محبوبیت، جلوگیری از تحقیر، توانایی رقابت‌کردن، مقایسه‌های والدین، جلب توجه معلم و ترس از پیشی‌گرفتن رقبا ازجمله مواردی بود که موجب تشدید رقابت منفی بین دانش‌آموزان می‌شد. ارزیابی فعال و مستمر معلمان، ایجاد نیاز یادگیری در دانش‌آموزان برای ایجاد اشتیاق درونی و فراغت از جلب توجه دیگران و آموزش و آگاه‌سازی خانواده دربارۀ آسیب‌های رقابت، از  پیشنهادهای این مطالعه بود.

Qualitative Analysis of the Contexts and Conditions of Negative Competition among High School Students in Quchan

The aim of this study was to investigate the contexts and conditions for the formation of competition among high school students in Quchan. The taken approach was qualitative and technique was narrative inquiry. Unstructured interviews were used to collect data. The academic year 201920 was used and two boys high schools in Quchan were chosen. Twentytwo people were interviewed, including 17 students and 5 teachers. The participating students were selected using snowball method and based on the criterion of having competitive characteristics. To validate the findings, triangulation technique and rich description and review of texts rewritten by the interviewees were used. Thematic analysis was applied to analyze the findings. Data analysis was performed through open and axial coding. The report of this research was compiled in the form of poetry. Findings were obtained in the form of 38 primary concepts and eight components and three dimensions. These dimensions include the role of the teacher (teaching approach and method, individual characteristics, ability to create emotional atmosphere in the classroom), identity and individual characteristics of students (personality traits and the impact of competition), and familyschool interaction (parental expectations, learning environment, and subject matters). Based on the results of this study, factors such as gaining popularity, avoiding humiliation, the ability to compete with parental comparisons, attracting the teacher’s attention, and the fear of falling behind competitors were among those that intensified negative competition among students. Active and continuous evaluation of teachers in order to improve the quality of teaching, creating a need for learning in students due to creating an inner desire and lack of attention from others, and educating and informing parents about the harms of competition were of the suggestions of this study to face negative competition.
