بررسی نقش تکنولوژی‌های نوین ارتباطی در گسترش ابعاد توسعه ملی ایران

تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تکنولوژی ­های نوین ارتباطی بر گسترش ابعاد چهارگانة توسعة ملی «اقتصادی، سیاسی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی» انجام شده است. بدین منظور، با رجوع به نظرات مجید تهرانیان، رویکرد اجتماع­ محور و توسعه و همچنین تحقیقات پیشین، سعی کردیم زمینه را برای پرداخت روش‌مند مهیا سازیم. جامعة آماری تحقیق حاضر را تمامی استادان، فارغ‌التحصیلان و دانشجویان رشته‌های علوم ارتباطات، علوم اجتماعی و علوم سیاسی سه استان خراسان رضوی، خراسان شمالی و خراسان جنوبی تشکیل می‌دهند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان 380 نفر برآورد گردید و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش­نامة محقق­ساخته استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که تکنولوژی‌های نوین «اینترنت، ماهواره، شبکه ­های اجتماعی» بر ابعاد توسعه تاثیرگذار است و ماهواره، بیشترین و اینترنت، کمترین تاثیر را بر ابعاد توسعة ملی داشته است. همچنین، نتایج آزمون فرضیات نشان داد که بین استفاده از تکنولوژی‌های نوین با ابعاد سیاسی و اقتصادی توسعة ملی رابطة مستقیم وجود دارد؛ در حالی که بین استفاده از این تکنولوژی ­ها با توسعة اجتماعی و فرهنگی رابطة معناداری مشاهده نشد. میزان ضریب تعیین به دست آمده نیز 26 درصد است، به این معنی که متغیرهای مستقل این تحقیق روی هم رفته 26 درصد از تغییرات متغیر وابسته را تبیین می­کنند. بر این اساس، تکنولوژی‌های نوین ارتباطی وسیله‌ای برای اشاعه و گسترش ابعاد توسعه تلقی می‌شوند و با پیدایش تکنولوژی­ های نوین ارتباطی در عصر مدرن، ابعاد توسعه گسترده شده است.

Exploring the Role of Modern Communication Technologies in Expanding Iran’s National Development

National development is known as increasing in material and spiritual capacities of national systems and reaching new levels of complexity, order and creativity. Studies on communication and national development in Iran play an important role in explicating the role of media in development. The study aimed at exploring the role of modern communication technologies in developing social, economic, political and cultural dimensions of national development. For the purpose, communityoriented development approach of Majid Tehranian was used as theoretical framework. The population were all professors, graduates and students of communication sciences, social sciences, and political sciences in Iranian provinces of Khorasan Razavi, South Khorasan, and North Khorasan. The sample size was determined 380 participants according Morgan Table, chosen through random sampling. Researchermade questionnaire was used for gathering data. Results showed that modern technologies of Internet, satellite and social media influence different dimensions of development. Amongst the technologies, satellite has influenced the dimensions the most and internet the least. Moreover, hypothesis testing showed that there is a positive correlation between using modern communication technologies and political and economic dimensions of national development, while there is not a significant relationship between using the technologies and social and cultural dimensions. The coefficient of determination was 26%, which means that the independent variables of the study explain 26% of the changes in the dependent variable. Therefore, modern communication technologies are confirmed to be means of expanding national development and their emergence in modern era has helped the expansion.
