بررسی علل، پیامدها و راهکارهای کاهش طلاق در ایران با رویکرد دلفی فازی

این مطالعه به ­عنوان یک تحقیق پژوهشی کاربردی با هدف شناخت علل و عوامل، پیامدها و راهکارهای کاهش طلاق در ایران و  الویت­ بندی آن از منظر خبرگان حوزه طلاق صورت گرفته است. در این تحقیق، با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی فازی از 13 نفر از محققان طلاق مهم ترین علل و پیامدهای طلاق در کشور سوال شد، سپس اصلی­ ترین راهکارهای کاهش طلاق در کشور الویت­ بندی شد. &عدم کسب مهارت‌های ارتباطی (بین زوجین، بین افراد خانواده، و بین خانواده‌ها در ارتباط با هم)، &افزایش بی­ سابقه ورود زنان به بازار کار در دهه­ های اخیر، به استقلال اقتصادی آنان منجر گردیده است و این امر، زنانی را که از وضعیت زناشویی خود چندان رضایتی ندارند به طلاق سوق می­ دهد&. &آسیب­ های روحی و روانی&، &اختلال در اجتماعی شدن فرزندان طلاق& و &افزایش زنان سرپرست خانوار& به­ عنوان مهم ترین پیامدهای طلاق در کشور ارزش­ گذاری شد. &جلوگیری از افزایش اعتیاد&، &کاهش و کنترل آسیب­ های اجتماعی تهدیدکننده نهاد خانواده خاصه اعتیاد، بیکاری، فقر، خشونت، همسرآزاری و ... در سطح جامعه&، اصلی­ ترین راهکار کاهش طلاق در کشور از منظر نظر خبرگان بوده است.

Exploring the Causes, Consequences and Strategies of Decreasing Divorce in Iran using Delfi Approach

Divorce has been one of the big challenges in social issues of different societies. Many factors have increased divorce and researches in this regard. The applied study aimed to explore the causes, factors, consequences, and decreasing strategies of divorce in Iran. Fuzzy Delfi technique was used for identifiying the causes, consequences and strategies of decreasing divorce in Iran for the first time. Using the technique, 13 researchers and ecperts of divorce were interviewed and then the main strategies of decreasing divors were identified and ranked. “Lack of communication skills (between the couples, family members, and families)”, “unprecedented increase in entrance of women into labor market in recent decades that has resulted in economic independence and making women who are not satisfied with their marriage choose divorce”, and “the couples tendency towards social networks” are among the main causes of devorce. The main consequences of divorce were identified to be psychological traumas, problem in socialization of children of divorced parents, boost of femaleheaded households. Among the main strategies for decreasing divorce were “controlling and decreasing the social damages threatening family, especially addiction, unemployment, poverty, violence, spousal abuse”, “providing life skills trainings such as the rights and duties of couples, marital issues, better dialogue and an appropriate model of participation of couples in different decision makings in society”.
