چکیده    In this review, the amino acid and fatty acid contents of some marine fish are given. the characteristics and importance of amino acids and fatty acids found in fish is also emphasized, besides changes of food sources according to the seasons and habitats and importance of its in human nutrition. in addition, it was given about the information, importance of fish consumption on human health in this review.
