Aquaculture and Fish Feed Sectors of Turkey General View - II

As the first record in official statistics of turkey, data on aquaculture production and fish feed of have been recorded lately. firstly, in 1999 name of “fish feed” was recorded in statistics of turkey (38425 tons) and quantity of fish feed was increased 184 810 tons in 2010. knowledge of aquaculture was recorded to the first time in 1986 and quantity of production was 3075 tons. aquaculture was increased 167 141 tons in 2010, in other words total production of turkey was reached share 25 %. turkey, aquaculture and production of fish feed is a positive correlation (r = 91,6%) in 1999 -2010 years amoung, in addition to according to the production of fish feed with aquaculture in the regression is 0.60 at same time. also in the years 2007-2010 as about aquaculture and fish feed production started to go head to head.
