ارزیابی بازرگانی و اقتصادی تولید کیسه فیلتر غبارگیر

رشد جوامع صنعتی موجب آلودگی هوا شده است و نیاز به کیسه فیلتر غبارگیر در کارخانجات را ضروری کرده است. به‌دلیل نیاز روزافزون صنایع به کیسه فیلتر غبارگیر، پژوهش حاضر در پی ارزیابی علمی امکان تولید کیسه فیلتر غبارگیر با رویکردی آمیخته (کمی-کیفی) بوده است. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از روش مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته (12 نفر از خبرگان صنعت) استفاده شده است. تحقیق در سه مرحله با محوریت مطالعات بازاریابی، مطالعات فنی-تکنولوژی و مطالعات مالی-اقتصادی انجام شد. روند بازار داخلی و بین‌المللی محصول مبتنی بر داده‌های تجاری با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های ساختار یافته و روش رگرسیون پیش‌بینی گردید. طراحی خط تولید توسط کارشناسان انجام و برای تخمین هزینه ثابت و جاری از داده‌های آماری و استعلام از مراجع معتبر استفاده شد. در نهایت ارزیابی مالی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار کامفار صورت گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که تولید کیسه فیلتر غبارگیر در ایران با وجود چالش‌های تامین پارچه نومکس، پتانسیل بالایی برای صادرات دارد. شکاف عرضه-تقاضا با رشد منفی از 416+ تن (1402) به 1,291- تن (1406) خواهد رسید. با این وجود، ظرفیت صادراتی کشورهای همسایه 15,239 تن است و با روندی کاهشی به 13,839 تن (2028) خواهد رسید. کل سرمایه‌گذاری مورد نیاز پروژه، 374,732.6 میلیون ریال بوده و با استفاده از 76.44 درصد از ظرفیت تولید در سال اول، پروژه به نقطه سر به سری می‌رسد. دوره بازگشت سرمایه، 4.51 سال، ارزش خالص فعلی سرمایه، 175,716.90 میلیون ریال و نرخ بازده داخلی سرمایه‌گذاری برابر با 44.46 درصد به‌دست آمده است؛ بنابراین پروژه در شرایط فوق توجیه‌پذیر است.

the growth of industrial societies has led to increased air pollution, creating a significant demand for dust collector filter bags in factories. in response to this growing need, the present study aims to scientifically evaluate the feasibility of producing dust collector filter bags using a mixed-methods approach (quantitative–qualitative). data were collected through library research and semi-structured interviews with 12 industry experts. the research was conducted in three stages, focusing on marketing studies, technical-technological studies, and financial-economic studies. market trends, both domestic and international, were predicted based on commercial data using structured interviews and regression analysis. experts designed the production line, and statistical data, along with inquiries from reliable sources, were used to estimate fixed and operational costs. financial evaluation was conducted using comfar software.the findings indicate that the production of dust filter bags in iran holds significant export potential, despite challenges in sourcing nomex fabric. the supply-demand gap is projected to reach -1,291 tons by 2027, following a decline from 416 tons in 2023. meanwhile, neighboring countries have an export capacity of 15,239 tons, which is expected to decrease to 13,839 tons by 2028. the total investment required for the project is 374,732.6 million rials, and by utilizing 76.44% of production capacity in the first year, the project will achieve the break-even point. the payback period for the investment is 4.51 years, the net present value is 175,716.90 million rials, and the internal rate of return is 44.46%. thus, the project is deemed feasible under these conditions.
