شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل کاهنده آسیب های ناشی از تحریم های بین المللی در حوزه واردات قطعات الکترونیکی براساس تکنیک سلسله مراتبی ahp

چگونگی تاب‌آوری (تحمل) در برابر تحریم‌های بین‌المللی از مهم‌ترین راهبردهای مقاومتی در حوزه‌های سیاسی، اقتصادی و فنی می‌باشد. عواملی که باعث افزایش درجه تاب‌آوری و تسریع در بازگشت از نقطه شوک به تعادل گردند، فاکتورهای موثر در کاهش آسیب‌های ناشی از تحریم می‌باشند. شاخص‌های دیپلماسی فعال اقتصادی، حمایت‌های مالی و پولی و درنهایت توسعه شرکت‌های دانش بنیان به عنوان سه گزینه راهبردی برای کاهش اثرات ناشی از آسیب‌های تحریم‌های بین‌المللی در حوزه وارداتقطعات الکترونیک شناخته شدند که با توجه به ساختار مسئله از روش فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی ahp اولویت بندی گردیدند. پژوهش فوق به لحاظ هدف کاربردی، از حیث جمع‌آوری داده، کمی و از حیث روش تحقیق، توصیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد.جامعه آماری فوق به‌دلیل شمولیت در بازار صنعتی خاص، محدود بوده و شامل 24 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان ذیربط می‌باشد که به روش دلفی، مورد نظر سنجی متخصصین قرار گرفت. آسیب‌های ناشی از تحریم توسط خبرگان در پرسشنامه 1 (سنجش میزان اهمیت آسیب‌های ناشی از تحریم‌های بین‌المللی در حوزه واردات قطعات الکترونیک) در 10سرفصل شناسایی گردید که در 4 بعد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. همچنین در پرسشنامه 2 (سنجش میزان تاثیر عوامل کاهنده آسیب‌های ناشی از تحریم‌های بین‌المللی در حوزه واردات قطعات الکترونیکی)، عوامل کاهنده آسیب‌ها در 8 سرفصل تبیین گردید که در 3 بعد دسته بندی و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. دیپلماسی فعال اقتصادی، حمایت‌های مالی و پولی و توسعه شرکت‌های دانش بنیان، به ترتیب، موثرترین عوامل کاهنده آسیب‌های ناشی از تحریم‌های بین‌المللی در حوزه واردات قطعات الکترونیکی، شناخته و رتبه بندی شدند.

identifying and ranking the factors that reduce the damage caused by international sanctions in the field of importing electronic components based on the ahp technique

how to resilience international sanctions is one of the most important resistance strategies in the political-economic and technical fields. the factors that increase the degree of resilience and accelerate the return from the point of shock to balance are effective factors in reducing the damage caused by sanctions. indicators of activeeconomic diplomacy financial and monetary support and finally the development of knowledge-based companies as three strategic options to reduce the effects of international sanctions on importing electronic components identified which were prioritized according to the structure of the problem using the analytical hierarchy process (ahp) method. the above research is quantitative in terms of practical purpose, in terms of data collection, and descriptive and analytical in terms of research method.the statistical population is limited due to inclusion in a specific industrial market and includes 24 managers andexperts using the delphi method. the damages caused by sanctions were identified by experts in questionnairenumber 1 in 10 headings, which were evaluated in 4 dimensions. also, in questionnaire number 2, the factors that reduce damages are explained in 8 headings was classified and evaluated in 3 scopes.active economic diplomacy, financial and monetary support and the development of knowledge-basedcompanies were recognized as the most effective factors in reducing the damage caused by international sanctions in the field of importing electronic components and were ranked.
