بررسی وضعیت صنعت بانکرینگ در ایران

هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت و جایگاه صنعت بانکرینگ(سوخت‌رسانی دریایی) ایران در منطقه خلیج فارس و دریای عمان است. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش ترکیبی (کیفی-کمی) با رویکرد اکتشافی محسوب می‌شود. جامعه آماری آن شامل دو بخش می‌باشد، یک قسمت جامعه آماری بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان صنعت بانکرینگ و دیگری که مربوط به بخش کمی مطالعه است شامل مدیران و کارکنان شرکت‌های فعال در صنعت بانکرینگ ایران است. خبرگان به روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی و مدیران و کارشناسان شرکت‌های فعال در صنعت بانکرینگ نیز به روش نمونه‌گیری سرشماری کامل انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه است که روایی صوری آن از دید خبرگان و روایی سازه آن به کمک روش‌های آماری به تایید رسید. پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آلفای کرونباخ بررسی شد. داده‌ها با بهره‌مندی از نرم‌افزارهای spss و lisrel تجزیه و تحلیل شدند (دوره زمانی گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات تحقیق سال 1398). در نهایت یافته‌های پژوهش روش تکنیک دلفی نشان داد شش متغیر زیرساخت‌های نرم‌افزاری و سخت‌افزاری بندر، تامین و عرضه پایدار سوخت، بهای ارائه خدمات با قیمت رقابتی، تامین و عرضه سایر خدمات جانبی، قوانین و مقررات و مزیت‌های جغرافیایی بندر، در توسعه صنعت بانکرینگ تاثیر دارند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد صنعت بانکرینگ ایران با توجه به شاخص‌های شناسایی شده در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار ندارد.

Investigating the Situation of the Bunkering Industry in Iran

The purpose of this research is to study and survey of the Iranian Bunkering industry in the Persian Gulf and Oman Sea. This research is applied in terms of purpose and methodologically qualitativequantitative with an exploratory approach. Its statistical population consists of two parts: one part of the qualitative statistical population consists of experts in the Bunkering industry and the quantitative part includes managers and staff of companies active in the Iranian Bunkering industry. Experts were selected through the snowball sampling method and the managers and experts of companies involved in the Bunkering industry were selected by the complete census sampling method. Data gathering tool is a questionnaire whose formal validity was confirmed by experts and its construct validity by the statistical methods. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed through Cronbach’s alpha. Data were analyzed using software SPSS and Lisrel (The period of data collection and research information is 1398). Finally, the findings of the Delphi technique showed that the six variables of port software and hardware infrastructures, sustainable fuel supply, cost of providing services with competitive price, supply of other ancillary services, port rules and regulations and geographical advantages have an impact on the development of the bunkering industry. The results also showed that Iran’s Bunkering industry is not in a desirable position due to the identified indices.
