مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری عوامل موثر مدیریت تداوم کسب‌وکار در شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط

امروزه شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط(sme) به‌عنوان عامل رشد کشورها معرفی می‌شوند. یکی از مهم‌ترین مفاهیم موجود در این شرکت‌ها مفهوم مدیریت تداوم کسب‌وکار (bcm) است. بنابراین، مطالعه حاضر با هدف ایجاد درک بهتری از نحوه کارکردbcm توسط این شرکت‌ها و نیز نشان دادن نیازهای کمک به آن‌ها است. هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی مولفه‌های تداوم کسب‌وکار شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط (در سطح شهر تهران) با استفاده از رویکرد ساختاری تفسیری از این مولفه‌هاست. با مصاحبه مدیران شرکت‌های تولیدی موادغذایی، ماشین‌آلات ایران خودرو و با همکاری اساتید دانشگاه تهران که بر موضوع پژوهش تسلط علمی و عملی داشتند، بهره گرفته شد. نتایج مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری نشان داد که عامل کار تیمی، مسئولیت‌پذیری و پاسخ‌گویی و مدیریت اجرایی دارای بالاترین تاثیر و کمترین وابستگی را در بین سایر عوامل دارا هستند.

Interpretative Structural Modeling of the Effective Factors on Business Continuity Management in Small and Medium Enterprises

Nowadays, Small and Mediumsized Enterprises (SME) are introduced as a growth factor for countries. One of the most important concepts in these companies is the concept of Business Continuity Management (BCM). Therefore, the present study aims to provide a better understanding of how BCM works by these companies and to demonstrate their need for assistance. The purpose of this research is to identify the components of business continuity of small and medium enterprises (in Tehran) using an interpretive structural approach of these components.. Data come from interviews with the managers of food manufacturing companies, Iran Khodro Machines and with the professors of the University of Tehran, which had a scientific and practical mastery of the subject matter. Interpretative Structural Modeling results showed that teamwork, accountability and accountability and executive management have the highest effect and the least dependence among the other factors.
