بررسی ارتباط بین حمایت اجتماعی درک ‌شده و رضایت جنسی در بیماران مبتلا به ام‌اس

سابقه و هدف: ابتلا به بیماری مولتیپل اسکلروزیس عوارض و پیامدهای زیادی را به دنبال دارد که یکی از این عوارض مهم، کاهش رضایت جنسی است. برخورداری از حمایت اطرافیان در این بیماران بسیار مفید است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین ارتباط حمایت اجتماعی درک‌شده بر رضایت جنسی بیماران مبتلا به ام‌اس شهر اصفهان بود.مواد و روش‌‌ها: مطالعه‌ حاضر یک مطالعه‌ توصیفی-تحلیلی بود که جامعه‌ پژوهشی آن را بیماران مبتلا به ام‌اس شهر اصفهان در نیمه‌ اول سال 1400 تشکیل دادند. 240 نفر از بیماران واجد شرایط از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی وارد مطالعه شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از فرم اطلاعات دموگرافیک بیماران، حمایت اجتماعی درک‌شده زیمت و همکاران و رضایت جنسی لارسون و همکاران استفاده شد. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار آماری spss نسخه‌ 16 و با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه‌‌وتحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: میزان حمایت اجتماعی درک‌شده (9.06 ± 27.35) در حد متوسط و رضایت جنسی (88.36±13.12) در حد متوسط بود. بر اساس نتایج، ارتباط حمایت اجتماعی درک‌شده با رضایت جنسی بیماران (0.001>p , 0.510=r) معنی‌دار و مستقیم بود و با افزایش حمایت اجتماعی درک‌شده، رضایت جنسی بیماران بیشتر می‌شد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اهمیت حمایت اجتماعی درک‌شده در بیماران مبتلا به ام‌اس و ارتباط آن با رضایت جنسی، ارتقای حمایت اجتماعی از این افراد به‌عنوان یکی از پیشنهادهای موثر برای ارتقای رضایت جنسی در آن‌ها بیان می‌شود. 

investigating the relationship between perceived social support and sexual satisfaction in patients with multiple sclerosis

background and objective: multiple sclerosis (ms) has many complications and consequences, one of which is the reduction of sexual satisfaction. having the support of people around can be useful for these patients. the present study aimed to determine the relationship between perceived social support and sexual satisfaction in patients with ms in isfahan.materials and methods: the present study was a descriptive-analytical study. the research community were patients with ms in isfahan in the first half of 2021. a total of 240 eligible patients were included in the study through random sampling. to collect data, patients’ demographic form, the multidimensional scale of perceived social support (zimet et al., 1988), and larson sexual satisfaction questionnaire were used. data were analyzed in spss software (version 16) using descriptive and inferential statistical tests.results: the level of perceived social support (27.35±9.06) and sexual satisfaction (88.36±13.12) was moderate. the relationship between perceived social support and patients ’sexual satisfaction (r = 0.510, p<0.001) was direct and significant, and patients’ sexual satisfaction elevated with an increase in perceived social support.conclusion: given the importance of perceived social support in patients with ms and its relationship with sexual satisfaction, the promotion of social support for these people can be one of the effective suggestions for promoting their sexual satisfaction.
