بررسی رابطۀ فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار با هوش اجتماعی و عوامل روانی اجتماعی محیط کار در پرستاران شاغل در بخش کودکان بیمارستان‌های غرب گیلان در سال 1399

سابقه و هدف: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ارتباط فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار با هوش اجتماعی و عوامل روانی اجتماعی محیط کار در پرستاران شاغل در بخش کودکان بیمارستان‌های غرب گیلان در سال 1399 انجام شد.مواد و روش‌‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی از نوع توصیفی همبستگی روی 130 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخش کودکان بیمارستان‌های غرب گیلان در سال 1399 به روش در دسترس انجام شد. شرکت‌کنندگان بر اساس معیارهای ورود به مطالعه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسش‌نامه‌‌های فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار (hsopsc)، هوش اجتماعی سیلورا و همکاران (2001) و پرسش‌نامه عوامل روانی اجتماعی محیط کار کریستنسن و همکاران (2005) بود. درنهایت داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده در نرم‌افزار آماری spss نسخه 23 در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد در بین پرستاران شاغل در بخش کودکان بیمارستان‌های غرب گیلان در سال 1399، فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار پرستاران شاغل کمتر از سطح متوسط، هوش اجتماعی بیشتر از سطح متوسط و عوامل روانی اجتماعی در سطح متوسط است. بین فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار با هوش اجتماعی پرستاران شاغل (0.756=r) رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین بین فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار با عوامل روانی اجتماعی پرستاران (0.878=r) رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌ها می‌توان گفت که بین فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار با هوش اجتماعی و عوامل روانی اجتماعی محیط کار در پرستاران شاغل در بخش کودکان بیمارستان‌‌های غرب گیلان در سال 1399 رابطه مثبتی وجود دارد.

relationship of patient safety culture with social intelligence and psychosocial factors in the workplace among nurses working in the pediatric wards of west guilan hospitals, iran, 2020

background and objective: this study aimed to determine the relationship of patient safety culture with social intelligence and psychosocial factors in the workplace among nurses working in the pediatric wards of west guilan hospitals, iran, in 2020.materials and methods: in this descriptivecorrelational crosssectional study, 130 nurses working in the pediatric wards of west gilan hospitals in 2020 were selected using the availability sampling method. the required data were collected using the hospital survey on patient safety culture, social intelligence questionnaire (silura et al., 2001), and the psychosocial factors questionnaire (christensen et al., 2005). finally, the collected data in spss23 statistical software were analyzed at both descriptive and inferential levels.results: the results showed that patient safety culture, social intelligence, and psychosocial factors were at lower than average, higher than average, and average levels, respectively, in nurses working in the pediatric wards of west gilan hospitals in 2020. there were significant relationships between patient safety culture and social intelligence (r=0.756) and between patient safety culture and psychosocial factors in the workplace among the studied nurses (r=0.878).conclusion: based on the findings, patient safety culture had a positive relationship with social intelligence and psychosocial factors in the workplace among nurses working in the pediatric wards of west gilan hospitals in 2020.
