طراحی و روان‌سنجی نسخۀ فارسی پرسش‌نامۀ نیازهای آموزشی زنان بعد از هیسترکتومی

مقدمه: باوجود اینکه هیسترکتومی دومین عمل جراحی زنان است و ارائۀ اطلاعات درمورد این جراحی به درک مثبت زنان از تجارب مراقبت‌های بهداشتی کمک می‌کند، ابزار جامعی برای بررسی نیازهای آموزشی زنان هیسترکتومی‌شده وجود ندارد. بنابراین مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف طراحی و روان‌سنجی پرسش‌نامۀ نیازهای آموزشی زنان بعد از هیسترکتومی انجام شد.روش کار: نسخۀ اولیه پرسش‌نامه این پژوهش روش‌شناختی به صورت قیاسی و با مروری جامع بر منابع مرتبط با موضوع و با نظرخواهی گروهی از متخصصین و زنان هیسترکتومی‌شده تدوین شد. در ادامه، روایی صوری و محتوایی به صورت کیفی و کمی و پایایی پرسش‌نامه در بعد انسجام درونی و بعد تکرارپذیری بررسی شد.یافته‌ها: تدوین پرسش‌نامۀ نیازهای آموزشی زنان بعد از هیسترکتومی و روان‌سنجی آن باعث شکل‌گیری پرسش‌نامۀ نیازهای آموزشی زنان بعد از هیسترکتومی با 44 سوال و در 5 بعد فیزیکی، روحی روانی، جنسی، مراقبتی و سایر نیازها شد. شاخص cvr برای همۀ آیتم‌های پرسش‌نامه به‌جز یک آیتم بالاتر از معیار جدول لاوشه بود که اهمیت و ضرورت هر آیتم را ازنظر متخصصین نشان می‌داد. cvi برای هر آیتم، بالاتر از 0/79 بود و بنابراین مناسب در نظر گرفته شد. همچنین پایایی ابزار در بُعد انسجام درونی با بررسی ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای کل ابزار 0/90 بود. اندازه‌گیری شاخص تکرارپذیریی در فاصلۀ دو هفته نشان داد که ابزار فوق از ثبات برخوردار است (0/001< p؛ 0/97=icc).نتیجه‌گیری: پرسش‌نامۀ نیازهای آموزشی زنان هیسترکتومی‌شدۀ تدوین‌شده، روا و پایا است. از این‌رو محققانِ حوزۀ سلامت باروری زنان و مامایی و سیاست‌گذاران نظام سلامت می‌توانند از آن برای برنامه‌ریزی و ارائۀ خدمات سلامت براساس نیازها و اولویت‌های بیماران استفاده کنند.

Design and Psychometric Properties of the Persian Version of Hysterectomy Women's Educational Needs Questionnaire (HWENQ)

Background Aim: Despite that hysterectomy is the second gynecological surgery and providing the necessary information about this surgery will help women #39;s positive perceptions of health care experiences, there is no comprehensive tool for examining the educational needs of women with hysterectomy. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of designing and psychometric evaluation of the women #39;s educational needs questionnaire after hysterectomy.Methods: The initial version of the questionnaire of this methodological study was compiled by deductive and comprehensive overview of related resources considering the point of view of a group of specialists and women with hysterectomy history. The face and content validity of both qualitative and quantitative data and reliability of the questionnaire in the dimension of internal consistency and then the repeatability were examined.Results: Developing the questionnaire for women #39;s educational needs after hysterectomy and psychometrics led to the formation of a questionnaire for women #39;s educational needs after hysterectomy with 44 questions and in 5 dimensions: physical, mental, sexual, care and other needs. The CVR index for all items in the questionnaire except for one item was above the Lawshe table criterion, which indicated the importance and necessity of each item. The CVI for each item was above 0.79 and was therefore considered appropriate. Also, the reliability of the instrument in terms of internal coherence by examining the Cronbach #39;s alpha coefficient for the whole instrument was 0.90. Measurement of the repeatability index at twoweek intervals showed that the instrument was stable (ICC= 0.97, P<0.001).Conclusion: The Hysterectomy Women #39;s Educational Needs Questionnaire is valid and reliable. It can be used by public health researchers and health system policy makers to provide patientcentered health services based on the needs and priorities of patients.
