تاثیر مشاورۀ معنوی بر رضایت از زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان

مقدمه: از آنجا که مداخلات درمانی به طور کامل نتوانسته جوابگوی مشکلات پیش روی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان باشد، مشاوره با رویکرد معنویت و نقش مهم پرستاران در حمایت روحی روانی از بیماران مبتلا به سرطان مورد توجه محققان قرار گرفته است. هدف این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر مشاورۀ معنوی بر رضایت از زندگی در بیماران سرطانی است.روش کار: این مطالعه از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون و همراه با گروه کنترل است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل پرسش نامۀ دوقسمتی مشخصات دموگرافیک و مقیاس رضایت از زندگی diener است. تعداد 76 بیمار مبتلا به سرطان مراجعه کننده به بیمارستان امام خمینی شهرستان ارومیه به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و سپس به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. بیماران گروه کنترل مراقبت های معمول بیمارستانی و بیماران گروه مداخله 10 جلسه مشاورۀ معنوی دریافت کردند. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و آزمون های آماری توصیفی و آزمون تی تجزیه وتحلیل شد.یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار رضایت از زندگی قبل و بعد از مداخله در گروه مداخله به ترتیب 3/33±18/92 و 2/77±23/66و در گروه کنترل 2/88±19/53و 2/78±19/55به دست آمد. براساس نتایج، میزان رضایت از زندگی بیماران قبل و بعد از مداخله فقط در گروه مداخله تفاوت معناداری داشت (0/05>p). آزمون تی گروه های مستقل نشان داد میانگین میزان رضایت از زندگی بین گروه مداخله و کنترل بعد از مداخله معنی دار بوده است (0/05>p). نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج این مطالعه، مشاورۀ معنوی بر رضایت از زندگی بیماران مبتلا به سرطان موثر است. بهتر است پرستاران در برخورد با نیازهای معنوی بیماران، به آنها کمک کنند تا از منابع حمایتی این حوزه برخوردار شوند.

The Impact of Spiritual Counseling on Life Satisfaction of Patients With Cancer: A Clinical Trial Study

Introduction: As therapeutic interventions had completely failed to cope with the problems facing patients with cancer, consulting with a spiritual approach in patients with cancer has been considered by researchers. The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of spiritual consultation on life satisfaction of patients with cancer.Method: This was a clinical trial as pretest and posttest design. The data collection tool was a twopart questionnaire. In the first part, demographic characteristics and in the second part, life satisfaction was evaluated by The Diener Life Satisfaction Scale. Totally, 76 patients with cancer admitted to Urmia city hospital were chosen by purposive sampling and then randomly divided into two intervention and control groups. Patients in the control group received routine care hospitals, but those in the intervention group received 10 sessions of spiritual counseling. SPSS software was used for data analysis. To compare the life satisfaction scores before and after the treatment, paired ttest and independent t test were used. Results: The mean and standard deviation scores of life satisfaction of patients in the intervention group before and after the intervention were 18.92 ±3.33 and 23.66 ±2.77, respectively. Also in the control group, score of patients before and after the intervention were 19.53 ±2.88 and 19.55 ±2.78, respectively. Paired ttest showed that life satisfaction scores before and after the treatment only in the intervention group were significantly different (P<0.05). However, independent t test showed that life satisfaction scores in patients with cancer between the intervention and control groups were significantly different after the intervention (P<0.05).Conclusion: Spiritual counseling was effective on life satisfaction of patients with cancer. Nurses should pay attention to patients rsquo; spiritual needs and help them to benefit from supports in this area.
