الگوی راهبردی تولید محتوای فاخر مبتنی بر رویکردهای امنیت ملی در فضای سایبر

تولید محتوا همواره نقش مهمی در توسعه و پیشرفت کشورها در جهت افزایش قدرت ملی داشته است. برای ارتقای جمهوری اسلامی ایران به قدرت سایبری و برخورداری از ابتکار عمل، حضور در رسانه‌های مجازی و تولید محتوای فاخر ضروری است.از مهمترین دغدغه‌های این حوزه، شناسایی ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و زیرمولفه‌های اصلی برای ترسیم مدل راهبردی تولید محتوای فاخر مبتنی بر رویکردهای امنیت ملی از جمله رویکردهای «سیاسی-امنیتی»، «فرهنگی، هنری، تاریخی»، «اجتماعی»، «اقتصادی» و «علمی و فناوری» در فضای سایبر است.در این پژوهش با انجام روش‌های تحقیق آمیخته (کمی و کیفی)، مدل‌ نهایی ترسیم و مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. برای شناسایی ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و زیرمولفه‌ها، ضمن استفاده از ادبیات نظری و مطالعات تحقیقات پیشین، با 11 نفر از خبرگان این حوزه مصاحبه انجام شده است، سپس با تحلیل مضمون اسناد بالادستی، بیانات رهبری پیرامون فضای مجازی و متن مصاحبه با خبرگان ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و زیرمولفه‌ها اولیه استخراج شده است. تولید محتوای فاخر دارای ابعاد ذینفعان، رویکردها، کارکردها، قالب‌ها، بسترها می‌باشد که هرکدام دارای مولفه‌های متفاوتی و مختص به خود ابعاد است. الگوی ارائه شده در این مقاله با محوریت رویکردهای امنیت ملی احصا شده است. عملیاتی نمودن هرکدام از این زیرمولفه‌ها، تا حدود زیادی اقتدار کشور را در تامین بخشی از امنیت ملی در فضای سایبر از طریق تولید محتوای فاخر، افزایش خواهد داد.

strategic model of fine content production based on national security approaches in cyberspace

content production plays an important role in the development and progress of countries in order to strengthen national power.in order to promote the islamic republic of iran to cyber power and to take the initiative in this field, it is necessary to be active in the virtual media as well as in fine content production.one of the most important concerns in this area is to identify the dimensions, main components and sub-components for drawing a fine content production of the strategic structural model according to national security approach, including political-security, cultural, artistic, and historical, social and economic approaches in cyberspace.in this research, the final model has been drawn and approved by performing mixed research methods (quantitative and qualitative methods)in order to identify the dimensions, components and sub-components of this research, while using theoretical literature and previous research studies, 11experts in this field have been interviewed.then, by analyzing the content of the upstream documents, as well as the statements of the i.r.i supreme leader about cyberspace and also the interviews with experts about this filed, the initial components and sub-components were extracted.the fine content production has many dimensions such as stakeholders, approaches, functions, templates and contexts, each of which has different components and its own dimensions.the model presented in this article focuses on national security approaches.operating each of these sub-components will greatly increase the country’s authority to provide some national security in cyberspace through the production of luxury content
