عوامل ژئواکونومیک اثرگذار بر امنیت در نواحی مرزی استان کردستان

از منظر اقتصادی مرزها دارای اهمیت زیادی برای تامین منافع اقتصادی هستند. عاملی همانند قاچاق کالا در نواحی مرزی، توانایی بالایی در متزلزل کردن اقتصاد و فرایندهای تولید کشور دارد. در سطح محلی نیز توسعه‌نیافتگی نواحی مرزی، بیکاری و نبود ساختارهای اقتصادی مردم، به‌ عنوان عاملی در جهت واگرایی، نارضایتی و ناحیه‌گرایی اقتصاد محلی معرفی می‌شود و زمینه را برای تمایل مردم محلی به این سمت مهیا می‌سازد. یکی از این نواحی با پیشرفت‌یافتگی پایین نواحی مرزی استان کُردستان است. جامعه‌ی آماری این مقاله با توجه به گستردگی آن از حجم جامعه‌ی آماری نامحدود استفاده شده است. هدف مقاله با ماهیت توصیفی(با روش پیمایشی است) - تحلیلی(که از فنون تحلیل و آنالیز محتوا و متون به شمار می‌رود و تلاش شد تا با استفاده از تجزیه و تحلیل بیان محتوا با پشتوانه نظری داده‌هایی را از متون مورد نظر استخراج کند) با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی «تبیین و تحلیل عوامل اقتصادی اثرگذار امنیتی در آمایش نواحی مرزی به طور اخص نواحی مرزی استان کُردستان» است. یافته‌ها و نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که اولویت‌بندی عوامل ژئواکونومیک عوامل تاثیرگذار امنیتی به‌ترتیب قاچاق کالا در نواحی مرزی استان کُردستان، دوم پیشرفت نامتوازن اقتصادی در دو سوی مرز، اولویت سوم کمبود منابع در نواحی مرزی برای ایجاد ساختار اقتصادی استان کُردستان مسبب نگاه امنیتی نسبت به آمایش نواحی مرزی استان است.

geoeconomic factors affecting security in the border areas of kurdistan province

from an economic point of view, borders are very important for economic benefits. factors such as smuggling goods in border areas have a high potential to shake the economy and production processes of the country. at the local level, underdevelopment of border areas, unemployment and lack of economic structures of the people are introduced as a factor in the divergence, dissatisfaction and regionalism of the local economy and provide the basis for the desire of local people to this direction.the border areas of iran are usually underdeveloped areas and its overlap with the ethnicreligious components of the people of these areas leads to false jobs and in turn affects national security. one of these areas with low development is the border areas of kurdistan province. the statistical population of this article due to its breadth, an unlimited statistical population has been used. the purpose of this article is descriptiveanalytical in nature and using library and field resources to explain and analyze the economically effective security factors in the management of border areas, especially the border areas of kurdistan province. findings and results show that prioritizing geoeconomic factors influencing security in order of smuggling goods in the border areas of kurdistan province, second unbalanced economic development on both sides of the border, third priority lack of resources in the border areas to create the economic structure of kurdistan. it is the border area of the province.
