ارائه راهبردهای حفظ و تداوم نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی ایران(با تاکید بر افزایش اقتدار)

هر نظام سیاسی دارای 4 رکن مشروعیت، مقبولیت، اقتدار و کارآمدی است. رکن سوم یعنی اقتدار ارتباط نزدیک و مستقیمی با بقای نظام دارد. بدیهی است افزایش اقتدار هر نظام می‌تواند در حفظ و تداوم آن نقش بسزایی داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین راهبردهای حفظ و تداوم نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی ایران(با تاکید بر افزایش اقتدار) انجام شده است. روش این پژوهش «توصیفیتحلیلی» از نوع «پیمایشی و اسنادی» است.‌ حجم جامعه آماری 50 نفر و روش نمونه گیری به صورت تمام شمار بود. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته با تعداد 59 گویه و براساس مقیاس درجه‌بندی لیکرت بود که روایی آن از طریق محتوایی(0.6=cvr) و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرانباخ(0.86=α) به دست آمد. به منظور تحلیل محیطی و تدوین راهبردها از تکنیک swot، برای ارزیابی موقعیت و اقدام راهبردی از ماتریس space، برای اولویت‌بندی راهبردها از ماتریس qspm و برای انتخاب راهبردهای برتر، از معیار ارزیابی بحرانی استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که نظام ج. ا. ا به لحاظ اقتدار با دارا بودن22نقطه قوت، 16نقطه ضعف، 14فرصت و 15تهدید در موقعیت راهبردی تهاجمی قرار دارد. اجرای 13راهبرد برتر تدوین شده به ترتیب اولویت می‌تواند بیشترین تاثیر را در افزایش اقتدار نظام ج. ا. ا و به تبع آن حفظ و تداوم این نظام داشته و موقعیت راهبردی آن را به وضعیت مطلوب، بهبود بخشد. برترین راهبرد این مجموعه تلاش برای دستیابی نظام ج. ا. ا به جایگاه اول منطقه در همه ابعاد است.

Introducing Strategies for Preserving and Sustaining the Holy System of the Islamic Republic of Iran (with Emphasis on Increasing Authority)

Every political system has four pillars of legitimacy, acceptance, authority and efficiency. The authority, has a direct and direct relation to the survival of the system. Obviously, increasing the authority of any system can play an important role in maintaining it. The purpose of this study was to develop strategies for maintaining and maintaining the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran (with emphasis on increasing authority). The method of this research is descriptiveanalytical type survey and documents. The population of the study was 50 people and the sampling method was complete. Data collection tool was a researchermade questionnaire with 59 items based on Likert rating scale. Its validity was obtained through content (CVR = 0.6) and its reliability through Cronbach’’s alpha (α = 0.86). SWOT technique was used to analyze the environment and formulate strategies, to evaluate the position and strategic action of the SPACE matrix, to prioritize strategies from the QSPM matrix, and to select the best strategies, the critical evaluation criteria were used. The results showed that the I. R. I With 22 strengths, 16 weaknesses, 14 opportunities and 15 threats, it is in a mild offensive strategic position. The implementation of the top 13 strategies formulated in order of priority can have the greatest impact on increasing the authority of the I. R. I system. And consequently maintain and maintain this system and improve its strategic position to the desired situation.The top strategy from this series is try for achieve first place in the region.
