تبیین سازماندهی سیاسی فضای شهری با رویکرد امنیت وانضباط اجتماعی (مطالعه موردی:منطقه 12 تهران)

همواره درامنیت و انضباط اجتماعی عوامل گوناگونی موثر هستند که این عوامل امروزه کلانشهرهای ایران رابا مشکلات گسترده ای مواجه ساخته اند.در این راستا همواره مناطق تجاری وخدماتی شهرها بیش از سایر مناطق با این قبیل مشکلات مواجه هستندواین مساله درکاهش سطح رفاه شهروندان آن محدوده تاثیر گذار بوده است.منطقه12تهران یکی ازمناطقی است که به دلیل دارا بودن موقعیت مرکزی و مراکز خدماتی–تجاری وگردشگری با پدیده هایی نظیر اخلال امنیت و اخلال انضباط اجتماعی مواجه است که این مسائل در افزایش مشکلات منطقه موثر بوده است و امروزه با افزایش جرائم شهری در منطقه12،نه تنها این پدیده افزایش مهاجرت های ساکنین و ناهمگونی های اجتماعیفرهنگی را درپی داشته است بلکه نظم اجتماعی را با چالش هایی جدی مواجه ساخته است.در همین زمینه پژوهش حاضرباروش توصیفیتحلیلی و کاربردی(عملی)توسعه ای و از نوع پژوهش های اکتشافی،به ارائه الگوی سازماندهی سیاسی فضای شهری مبتنی برامنیت وانضباط اجتماعی(منطقه12تهران)پرداخته است.ابزارگردآوری داده ها،یافته های کتابخانه ای ومیدانی(براساس پرسشنامه)می باشد که در این راستا جامعه آماری تحقیق را کلیه صاحب نظران حوزه های مطالعات شهری وجغرافیای سیاسی تشکیل می دهند که حجم نمونه آن براساس مدل کوکران تعداد35نفر تخمین زده شد.پژوهش حاضر با استفاده ازآزمون میانگین وضریب همبستگی پیرسون درنرم افزارspssبه ارزیابی آماره های توصیفی و سپس ارتباط میان متغیرهای سازماندهی سیاسی فضاوعوامل امنیت وانضباط اجتماعی پرداخته است. نتایج نشان داد سازماندهی سیاسی فضا در زمینه امنیت و انضباط شهری منطقه12در وضعیت مطلوبی قرارندارد وهمچنین میان چالش های سازماندهی سیاسی فضا و عوامل انضباط وامنیت شهری رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.

Explaining the political organization of urban space with the approach of security and social discipline(Case study: zone 12 of Tehran)

Various factors are always effective in social security and discipline,which have caused wide problems in Iranian metropolises today. In this regard, commercial and service areas of cities are always faced with such problems more than other areas, and this issue is effective in reducing the welfare of citizens in that area.Zone12 of Tehran is one of the regions that due to its central location and servicecommercial and tourism centers is faced with phenomena such as security disruption and disruption of social discipline, which have been effective in increasing the problems of the region and today with increasing urban crime in Zone12 Not only has this phenomenon led to an increase in resident migration and sociocultural heterogeneity,but it has also posed serious challenges to social order. In this regard, the present study is a descriptiveanalytical and applied (practical) developmental type.Exploratory research has presented a model of political organization of urban space based on security and social discipline(Zone12 of Tehran). Data collection tools are library and field findings (based on a questionnaire) in which the statistical population of the study is all Experts in the fields of urban studies and political geography, whose sample size was estimated based on Cochran’s model of35 people.And social discipline.The results showed that the political organization of space in the field of urban security and discipline in Zone12 is not in a favorable situation and also there is a significant relationship between the challenges of political organization of space and the factors of urban discipline and security
