نقش عوامل ذهنی و عینی در بین‌المللی شدن تروریسم تکفیری

امروزه جهان درگیر معضلی به نام تروریسم شده است که مرکز ثقل خود را عمدتاً در منطقه خاورمیانه قرار داده و با تلفیق اقدامات خود با مباحث دینی، نوعی از تروریسم مذهبی را تحت عنوان تروریسم تکفیری ایجاد نموده است که حوزه فعالیت و اقدامات آن تنها به منطقه خاورمیانه محدود نمانده و با استفاده از شیوه‌ها و ابزارهای گوناگون تلاش کرده است اهداف خود را از سطوح محلی، ملی، و منطقه‌ای به حوزه جهانی تسری داده و نظم و امنیت بین‌الملل را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. لذا با توجه به فرامرزی شدن خطرات و تهدیدات تروریسم تکفیری، پژوهش حاضر تلاش دارد به این پرسش بپردازد که چه عواملی موجب سیالیت و گسترش فعالیت‌های سلفیان تکفیری از سطح ملی به سطوح منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی شده است؟. فرضیه پژوهش بر آن است که بخشی از بین‌المللی شدن اقدامات تروریسم تکفیری جنبه دینی و ایدئولوژیک(درونی) دارد از جمله مفاهیم اسلامی مانند جهاد، خلافت، جاهلیت و هجرت؛ و بخش دیگری از آن ناشی از عوامل محیطی و بین‌المللی(بیرونی) همچون جهانی‌شدن، پست‌مدرنیسم، اقدامات خصمانه کشورهای غیرمسلمان و وجود دولت‌های ضعیف می‌باشد. یافته‌های پژوهش ضمن تائید فرضیه فوق بیانگر این مطلب می‌باشد که در بررسی گروه‌های تکفیری بویژه مبحث بین‌المللی شدن آنها می‌بایست از نگاه‌های تک بُعدی حذر داشت و با نگاهی جامع آنها را مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار داد. پژوهش حاضر بر اساس روش توصیفی-تحلیلی نگاشته شده است.

The role of the subjective and objective factors in the internationalization of takfiri terrorism

Today, the world is facing a problem called terrorism, which places its center of gravity mainly in the Middle East, and by combining its actions with religious debates, it has created a kind of religious terrorism called Takfiri terrorism. of course, the scope of its activities and actions are not restricted only to the Middle East and it has tried with various techniques and tools, extends its goals from the local, national, and regional levels to the global arena and affects international order and security. Therefore, considering the transboundary risks and threats of Takfiri terrorism, the present study attempts to answer the question of what factors have led to the fluidity and expansion of Takfiri Salafi activities from the national level to regional and international levels?. The research hypothesis shows that part of the internationalization of Takfirist terrorist acts has a religious and ideological aspect among the Islamic concepts such as Jihad, Caliphate, Ignorance, and Emigration and another is due to environmental and international factors such as globalization, postmodernism, hostile actions of nonMuslim countries and the existence of the weak state. The findings of the research, while confirming the above hypothesis, suggest that in the study of takfiri groups, especially the issue of their internationalization, should avoid onedimensional perspectives and analyze them with a comprehensive look. The present study was conducted using the descriptiveanalytical method.
