ارائه چارچوب مفهومی شناسایی و تحلیل ذی نفعان و بازیگران اکوسیستم رمزارز

در سال‌های اخیر و با رشد تعداد رمزارزها و کاربردهای مختلف آن در فضای سایبر، این موضوع به یکی از موضوعات اصلی در حوزه اقتصاد و خصوصاً در صنعت مالی تبدیل ‌شده‌است. با توجه به رشد روزافزون رمزارزها در دنیا، طراحی اکوسیستم رمزارزها بیش از پیش حاِیز اهمیت می‌باشد. یکی از مهم‌ترین اقدامات در مسیر طراحی این چارچوب، جستجو، شناخت، انتخاب و استقرار بازیگران کلیدی در هریک از قلمروهای فعالیت اکوسیستم زنجیره‌بلوکی است. در اکوسیستم یک رمزارز، بازیگران زیادی به ایفای نقش می‌پردازند. برخی از بازیگران نقش اصلی و تصمیم‌سازی دارند و تعدادی نیز با عملکرد خود موجب جهت‌دهی به این اکوسیستم می‌شوند. پژوهش حاضر پژوهشی کاربردی با رویکرد کیفی-اکتشافی می‌باشد که با هدف شناسایی بازیگران کلیدی رمزارز با کمک مطالعه موردی چندگانه صورت گرفته‌است. در این پژوهش و به لحاظ نظری، چارچوب جامعی برای شناسایی بازیگران و ذی‌نفعان رمزارز ارائه شده‌ و مشخص گردیده است که چه هویت‌هایی در این اکوسیستم دارای قدرت هستند. این چارچوب همچنین می‌تواند برای شناسایی بازیگران اصلی و ذی‌نفعان رمزارز در کشور راه‌گشا باشد. نتایج این پژوهش در قالب چارچوب مفهومی با هشت بعد مهم، به عنوان بازیگران و ذینفعان اکوسیستم رمزارز با عناوین: ارائه‌دهندگان زیرساخت، پردازنده‌های پرداخت، نوآوران، صرافی‌ها، ماینرها، توسعه‌دهندگان، ترویج‌دهندگان و تنظیم‌کنندگان استاندارد ارائه شده‌است.

Presenting a conceptual framework for identifying and analyzing stakeholders and actors in the Ramzarz ecosystem in cyberspace

In recent years, with the growth of cryptocurrencies and their various applications, this issue has become one of the main issues in the field of economics and especially in the financial industry. Due to the growing number of cryptocurrencies in the world, the design of cryptocurrency ecosystems is becoming increasingly important. One of the most important steps in designing this framework is to search, identify, select, and deploy key actors in each of the domains of the blockchain ecosystem. In a cryptocurrency ecosystem, many actors play a role. Some actors play a key role in decisionmaking, and some work to guide the ecosystem. The present study is an applied research with a qualitativeexploratory approach that has been conducted with the aim of identifying the key actors of Ramzarz with the help of multiple case studies. In this research, and theoretically, a comprehensive framework for identifying the actors and stakeholders of Ramzarz is presented and it is determined who has the power in this ecosystem. This framework can also be a way to identify the main and stakeholders of Ramzarz in the country. The results of this research are in the form of a conceptual framework with eight important dimensions, as actors and stakeholders of the Ramzarz ecosystem with the following titles: infrastructure providers, payment processors, innovators, exchanges, miners, developers, promoters and regulators.
