ارائه مدل فرایندی دفاع سایبری بومی

گسترش روزافزون فضای سایبر سبب شده است که بخش قابل ‌توجهی از فعالیت‌های حاکمیتی ازجمله فعالیت‌های امنیتی و نظامی به این فضا منتقل و فضای مزبور به عرصه نبرد مبدل شود؛ بنابراین به‎منظور صیانت از منافع کشور ضرورت دارد ساختار یکپارچه و بومی برای دفاع در این فضا فراهم گردد. فرایندهای اصلی یا کلیدی از مهم‌ترین مباحث دفاع سایبری محسوب می‌شوند که دفاع پیرامون آن‌ها شکل می گیرد. برای دستیابی به فرایندهای اصلی دفاع سایبری در این پژوهش، با بهره گیری از روش موردی زمینه ای، نخست اسناد بالادستی کشور مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و با گزینش چند کشور، اسناد راهبردی قابل ‌دسترس این کشورها بررسی شد و با ورود گزاره‌های استخراج‌شده از آن‌ها در سطح راهبردی، چارچوب معماری زکمن و با بهره گیری از دانش 14 نفر از خبرگان این حوزه از طریق مصاحبه و پرسشنامه، فرایندهای کلیدی دفاع سایبری احصاء و با استفاده از روش مدل ساختاری تفسیری و مقایسه‌ای زوجی، این فرایندها سطح‌بندی و ارتباط بین آن‌ها ترسیم و مدل نهایی ارائه گردیده است.

Process modeling indigenous cyber defense

The increasing expansion of cyber space has led to a significant portion of sovereignty activities, including security and military activities, being transformed into battlefields, thus necessitating a unified and indigenous structure to defend the country in order to safeguard its interests be provided. key processes are one of the most important cyber defense issues around which defense is formed. In order to achieve the main processes of cyber defense in this research, using the casecontextual approach, first the upstream documents of the country have been reviewed and by selecting several countries, the available strategic documents of these countries have been studied and their propositions extracted at strategic level the Zuckman architecture framework has been compiled, then utilized through the knowledge of 14 experts in the field through interviews, questionnaires, key cyber defense processes, and leveled and correlated with interpretive and comparative structural modeling methods then it is drawn and the final model is presented.
