راهبردهای هدایت فرهنگی در فضای مجازی با تاکید بر نقشه مهندسی کشور

در جهان امروز به مدد فضای مجازی و رشد سریع و فراگیر آن در همه لایه های اجتماعی دامنه تاثیرگذاری و تاثیرپذیری فرهنگ بیش از هر زمان دیگری از چارچوب ملی خارج شده و با درنوردیدن مرزهای سیاسی و جغرافیایی کشورها و محدوده اقتدار حاکمیت ملی، به یکی از اصلی ترین چالش های کشورها تبدیل شده است. مسئله اصلی این پژوهش، فقدان راهبرد های مناسب هدایت فرهنگی در فضای مجازی و نحوه اجرایی نمودن آن و برخورد با مسائل پیش رو در فضای مجازی است. هدف اصلی این پژوهش؛ تدوین راهبردهای هدایت فرهنگی در فضای مجازی با تاکید بر نقشه مهندسی فرهنگی کشور می باشد. نوع تحقیق کاربردی – توسعه ای بوده و روش آن تبیینی اکتشافی است که به‌صورت آمیخته و با استفاده از مدل soar [1] و با روش جمع‌آوری میدانی و کتابخانه ای و با نظارت جامعه خبرگی هدفمند هدایت‌شده اقدام گردیده است. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش با تجزیه‌وتحلیل عواملِ راهبردی هدایتِ فرهنگی در فضای مجازی و تعیین ماتریس ارزیابی موقعیت و اقدام استراتژیک، چهار موقعیت راهبردی به شرح الف) راهبردهای خروج از روزمرگی؛ ب) راهبردهای اقدام فعال؛ پ) راهبردهای اقدام پیشتازی ت)؛ راهبردهای جهشی به ‌دست ‌آمده و ارائه شد است.

Strategies for Cultural Guidance in Cyberspace with Emphasis on the Iran’s Cultural Engineering Plan

The contemporary world has been exited from the national framework by more than ever before thanks to cyberspace and its rapid and pervasive growth in all social layers, crossing the political and geographical boundaries of States and the limits of national sovereignty, It has become one of the major challenges for countries. The main subject of this research is the lacking of appropriate strategies for cultural guidance in cyberspace and implementation it and deal with leading issues in cyberspace. The main target of this research is to develop strategies for cultural guidance in cyberspace with emphasis on cultural engineering plan of Iran. The research type is applieddevelopmental and its method is ExplanatoryExploratory, which has been conducted using SOAR model, field and library collection method, and with the guidance of targeted expert community. Based on the findings of the research, by analyzing the strategic factors of cultural guidance in cyberspace and determining the matrix of position evaluation and strategic action, four strategic situations are described, developed and presented as: (a) Exit Strategies of Everyday life (SR); (b) Active Action Strategies (OR); Leadership Action Strategies (AO); d) Leapfrog Strategies (AS).
