راهبردهای تبیین و بسط گفتمان انقلابی‌گری در دهه پنجم انقلاب

حفظ اصل انقلاب و نظام مقدس جمهوری اسلامی و پایبندی به مبانی و اهداف انقلاب و تلاش در جهت صدور ‏انقلاب و جهانی‌سازی آن مستلزم انقلابی بودن، انقلابی ماندن و انقلابی عمل کردن است که لازمه آن بسط گفتمان ‏انقلابی‎گری در همه امور زندگی است و برای این بسط نیز لازم است این گفتمان به‌خوبی در آستانه دهه پنجم ‏انقلاب تبیین گردد.‏ محققین پس از تعیین ابعاد و مولفه‌های گفتمان انقلابی‌گری، با شناسایی وضعیت موجود کشور، برای دستیابی به وضعیت مطلوب درصدد تدوین راهبردهای مناسب و راهکارهای اجرایی برای دستیابی به این راهبردها برآمدند. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ روش تحقیق، بر رویکرد آمیخته متکی است؛ به این صورت که از روش کیفی با مصاحبه ساختاریافته و ‏همچنین استفاده از اسناد، کتب و منابع مختلف علمی و فقهی به‌طور قابل ملاحظه‌ای از ابتدای تحقیق تا پایان، استفاده ‏شده است. ضمن تحلیل محتوای کیفی مطالب، بخش دیگر آن به‌صورت کمی و با روش پیمایش انجام گرفته است. ‏در این زمینه با طرح سوالات در قالب پرسشنامه و بررسی نتایج آن، نقاط قوت، ضعف، تهدیدها و فرصت‌های موجود ‏استحصال و راهبردهای مناسب برای رفع مشکلات مرتبط استخراج و مهم‌ترین راهبردها به شرح زیر معرفی شده است.‏ ‏1)‌ عمق‌بخشی اعتقاد و باور عمومی به فصل‌الخطاب بودن ولی فقیه جهت پیشبرد آرمان‌ها و اهداف انقلاب و ‏خنثی‌سازی توطئه‌ها و تبلیغات دشمن؛ ‏ ‏2)‌ ارتقای روحیه بسیجی، حماسی و جهادی در میان مسئولین و مردم؛ ‏ ‏3) افزایش اقتدار و قدرت بازدارندگی دفاعی امنیتی ‏؛ ‏4) ارتقای دیپلماسی فعال و انقلابی ‏؛ ‏5) اصلاح نظام اقتصادی کشور مبتنی بر مبانی اسلامی و با رویکرد اقتصاد مقاومتی.

Strategies for explaining and expanding revolutionary discourse in the fifth decade of the revolution

Adhering to the principle of revolution and the sacred system of the Islamic Republic and adhering to the principles and goals of the revolution and striving for its revolution and its globalization requires being revolutionary, staying revolutionary, and acting revolutionary that involves the development of revolutionary discourse in all matters of life, and for this expansion also needs to be well explained on the eve of the fifth decade of the revolution. After identifying the dimensions and components of the revolutionary discourse, the researchers sought to develop appropriate strategies and executive strategies for achieving the desired situation by identifying the current state of affairs. The present research is based on a mixed approach in terms of research method, in that the qualitative method with structured interview as well as the use of various scientific, jurisprudential documents, books and sources has been used substantially from the beginning to the end of the research. While analyzing the qualitative content of the material, the rest of it has been quantitatively analyzed by surveys. In this regard, by asking questions in the form of a questionnaire and reviewing its results, strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities are identified and appropriate strategies for resolving related problems are extracted and the most important strategies are presented as follows. 1) To deepen the belief in the comprehensiveness of the Velayat Faghih to advance the ideals and goals of the revolution and to thwart enemy conspiracies and propaganda. 2) To promote the Basij, epic morale and jihadist spirit among the authorities and the people 3) To increase defensesecurity deterrent authority and power 4) To promote active and revolutionary diplomacy 5) To reform the economic system of the country based on Islamic principles and with a resistance economy approach
