ارزیابی رویکرد و ابعاد راهبردهای پیشگیری از آسیب‌های اجتماعی شبکه‌های مجازی با تاکید بر نظم و امنیت پایدار

سامان دهی اجتماعی به کج‎روی های سایبری و آسیب های شبکه های مجازی نیازمند شناخت رویکردها و ابعاد برنامه‌های پیشگیری است. تاکید بر پیشگیری اولیه، توانمندسازی کنشگران، تقویت زمینه خودکنترلی و تمهید روش‎های مداخلاتی از استلزامات آن برنامه ها برای رسیدن به نظم و امنیت پایدار است. تاکنون پژوهش های زیادی انجام شده است که پیشنهادها و راهکارهایی را برای پیشگیری از آسیب های اجتماعی شبکه های مجازی ارائه داده اند. شایسته است آن موارد به شیوه ای روشمند و هدفمند بررسی و ارزیابی شوند. این مقاله تلاش می کند تا با استفاده از تکنیک فراتحلیل و با تاکید بر مبانی امنیت پایدار و نظم اجتماعی، به ارزیابی و سنخ شناسی آن‌ها (112 مورد) اقدام نماید. بر اساس یافته ها، چهار سنخ شامل «ایجابی یا سلبی بودن»، «فراهم سازی تعاملات در دنیای واقعی»، «تکیه بر نقش و ظرفیت های کاربران» و «تغییر نگرش به وجوه مثبت فناوری‌های جدید» به عنوان رویکردهای پیشگیری شناسایی شده اند. همچنین، ابعاد پیشگیری شامل «فرهنگی-اعتقادی»، «خانوادگی-زناشویی»، «آموزشی-مهارتی»، «پژوهشی-شناختی»، «سیاسی-تقنینی»، «انتظامی-قضایی» و «تکنیکی-زیرساختی» هستند.

Assessment of the Approach & Dimensions of Prevention Policies for Social Damages Arising from Social Networks with an Emphasis on the Sustainable Safety & Discipline

Socially regulating cyber delinquencies and social damages arising from social networks needs to recognize the approaches and dimensions of prevention programs. Relying on the first prevention, empowering users, reinforcing the setting of selfcontrolling and preparing interventional methods are some part of necessities for those programs in order to achieve the sustainable safety and discipline. As yet, vast numbers of researches have been done that offer some suggestions and solutions for preventing social damages arising from social networks. It is noteworthy to methodologically and purposively analyze and evaluate them. This article seeks to evaluate and categorize those suggestions and solutions (112 cases) by applying the metaanalysis technique and relying on the theoretical basis of the sustainable safety and social discipline. According to the findings, the prevention approaches are ‘being affirmative or privative’, ‘preparing relationship in the real world’, ‘relying on users’ role and capacities’, and ‘changing the attitude toward the positive features of the new technologies’. Moreover, the prevention dimensions include ‘culturalreligious’, ‘familialmarital’, ‘educationalpractical’, ‘research basedcognitive’, ‘politicallegislative’, ‘police basedjudicial’, and ‘technicalinfrastructural’.
