ارائه مدل مفهومی ارزیابی تهدیدات تروریسم سایبری

تروریسم سایبری یکی از تهدیدهای فضای سایبر می‌باشد که در سال های اخیر بسیاری از کشورها از جمله جمهوری اسلامی ایران با آن مواجه بوده است. در این مقاله پس از مطالعه پیشینه مرتبط با تروریسم و تروریسم سایبری، جایگاه آن در میان سایر تهدیدات فضای سایبری، ویژگی های تروریسم سایبری، هستی‌شناسی، بازیگران، اجزای آن، راهبردهای تروریسم سایبری، انواع حملات این نوع تروریسم تشریح و تعریف محقق ساخته در زمینه تروریسم سایبری بیان شده است، در ادامه روش های ارزیابی تهدید تروریسم سایبری بررسی و ضمن استخراج اجزا و عوامل مربوطه از ادبیات پژوهش، مدل مفهومی در این زمینه ارائه گردیده است. سپس با استفاده از روش گلوله برفی خبرگان حوزه‌های راهبردی فضای سایبر به تعداد 31 نفر احصاء و با توسل به نظرات آن‌ها از طریق ابزار مصاحبه و پرسشنامه و نیز بهره گیری از نرم‌افزار spss,smart pls، مدل مفهومی پیشنهادی مورد آزمون قرار گرفته و مدل نهایی ترسیم شده است.

Presentation of a Conceptual Model for Assessing the Threats of Cyber Terrorism

Abstract Cyber terrorism is one of the threats to the cyber space that has faced many countries in recent years, including the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this article, after studying the backgrounds related to terrorism and cyber terrorism, its position among other cyber threats, features of cyber terrorism, ontology, actors, its components, cyber terrorism strategies, types of attacks of cyber terrorism are described and the researcher’s definition of cyber terrorism is stated. In the field of cyber terrorism, the methods of assessing the threat of cyber terrorism are discussed and a conceptual model is presented while extracting the relevant components and factors from the research literature, then, by using snowball method, experts of strategic areas of cyberspace, 31 people were gathered and with their Opinions through interview and questionnaire, also using SPSS, SMART PLS software, the proposed conceptual model was tested and final model were Drawn
