ارائه الگوی راهبردی مدیریت فضای سایبر ج.ا.ا بر اساس اوامر و تدابیر حضرت امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله‌العالی)

عصر ارتباطات و صحنه بروز و ظهور فناوری‌های نوین از جمله اینترنت به عنوان یکی از مولفه‌های مهم فضای سایبر، باعث تغییر و دگرگونی و تسریع در امر جهانی شدن به‌شمار می‌رود. این فضا ظرفیت فوق‌العاده‌ای در جهت مدیریت و اعتلای کشورمان ایجاد نموده اما از طرفی با توجه به این که زیرساخت‌های اصلی این فضا در اختیار نظام سلطه است، می‌تواند به‌عنوان تهدیدی برای حاکمیت به حساب آید. نفی نظام سلطه در مدیریت فعلی فضای سایبر، مستلزم بهره‌گیری از رهنمودهای مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله‌العالی) در جهت مدیریت و ارتقای امنیت ملی کشور، می‌باشد. با توجه به رهنمودهای غنی، جامع و کامل مقام معظم رهبری در خصوص فضای سایبر، اجرای تدابیر معظم‌له، مستلزم بررسی، تحقیق، گردآوری، تجزیه و تحلیل و ارائه الگوی راهبردی می‌باشد.در این مقاله از روش داده بنیاد و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی استفاده و به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها، از تحلیل ترکیبی یا آمیخته اکتشافی با جامعه آماری 60 نفر و روش گلوله برفی در حد اشباع، استفاده و روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ و عدد 911. به تایید رسیده و در نهایت ابعاد، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌ها، استخراج و ضمن تحلیل، الگوی راهبردی مدیریت فضای سایبر ج.ا.ا بر اساس اوامر و تدابیر مقام معظم رهبری به عنوان هدف اصلی تحقیق ارائه و میزان تاثیر فرمایشات معظم‌له در ابعاد مدیریت راهبردی فضای سایبر (بعد هماهنگی با بالاترین بار عاملی 99.7 و بعد اهداف با کمترین 96.3) تعیین و پیشنهادهای مناسب نیز در انتها ارائه شده است.

Strategic model of cyberspace management of I.R.I, based on Imam Khamenei’ ideas

Given the rich, comprehensive and complete guidelines of the Supreme Leader on cyberspace The implementation of the measures will require the study, research, compilation, analysis and presentation of the strategic model.In this paper, Grounded Theory and library and Field research gathering tools were used and data were analyzed using Quantitative and qualitative analysis with a statistical population of 60 people and snowball method in saturation used and validity and reliability with Cronbach’s alpha test with The number of .911 has been confirmed and finally, the dimensions, components and indicators, extracted and analyzed, the strategic model of virtual space management, based on Imam Khamenei’ ideas and the effect Imam Khamenei’ ideas on the strategic management dimensions Cyberspace (Dimension Coordination with the highest factor load of 99.7 and Dimension targets with a minimum of 96.3) and Appropriate suggestions are also given at the end.
