طراحی الگوی جامعه امن جمهوری اسلامی ایران از منظر مقام معظم رهبری( مد ظله العالی)

جامعه امن همان آرمان اسلامى است، که امنیت را در نظر و عمل براى شهروندان فراهم می‌آورد. وهرجامعه‌ای با هماهنگی دستگاه‌های انتظامی و قضایی می‌تواند، در جهت تقویت سرمایه‌های جامعه گام‌هایی موثری را بردارند. بنابراین استقرار و شکوفایی انقلاب اسلامی ایران به حدی بوده که توانست خود را به‌عنوان یک الگوی موفق مطرح نموده و امکان الگوبرداری برای ملت‌های آزادی‌خواه دنیا به‌ ویژه درمنطقه فراهم نماید، لذا برقراری مکانیسم‌های اعتمادسازی و تلاش در جهت تمهیداتی مشترک برای حل اختلاف نظرات در روابط برای بهره‌گیری مناسب در تبدیل عناصر بالفعل موجود به عناصر بالقوه در کشورها همواره جامعه امن به‌عنوان یکی از نیازهای اساسی جامعه انسانی مطرح بوده است. هدف تحقیق طراحی الگوی جامعه امن جمهوری اسلامی ایران از منظر مقام معظم رهبری() می باشد. که سوال اصلی تحقیق نیز متناظر با هدف طراحی الگوی جامعه امن جمهوری اسلامی ایران از منظر مقام معظم رهبری() کدام است؟. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی است و روش آن توصیفی –تحلیلی است. که برای گردآوری اطلاعات از ابزار «کتابخانه‌ای علمی و تخصصی» «اینترنت» استفاده‌شده است. از روش داده بنیاد استفاده و با انجام مراحل کد گذاری (کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی) برای دستیابی به مولفه‌ها ابعاد و شاخص های جامعه امن و در انجام کار میدانی با بهره‌مندی از نظرات نخبگان علمی، با حجم نمونه جامعه آماری 30 نفر می باشد.نتایج حاصله ازتحقیق نشان می‌دهد، که وجود مضامین «زمینه‌ساز ظهور و برپایی جامعه مهدوی، حرکت برمدار عزت، حکمت و مصلحت، برخوردار از توان بازدارندگی فعال، تمدن سازی و نوگرای، همبستگی پایدار و مقاوم با وحدت کلمه، تمرکز حداکثری بر حضور، مشارکت وحمایت مردم، اولویت دار‌ترین مضامین برای طراحی الگوی مورد نظر می‌باشد که به انجام مراحل روشمند علمی به آن دست‌یافته است.
