تبیین عوامل موثر بر پژوهش از دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی: یک مطالعه کیفی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان

هدف: اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی نقش اساسی در انجام پژوهش و تولید علم دارند و توجه به عوامل موثر در انجام پژوهش از دیدگاه این گروه می تواند موجب افزایش کمی و کیفی مقالات علمی و گسترش مزرهای دانش شود. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین عوامل موثر در پژوهش از دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان انجام شده است.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی در سال 1395 انجام شد. نمونه گیری مبتنی بر هدف و با حداکثر تنوع بود. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند با 11 مشارکت کننده از اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سمنان (6 نفر از علوم پایه و 5 نفر از اساتید بالینی) جمع آوری گردید. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای مرسوم هم زمان با جمع آوری داده ها و بر اساس پنج گام granheim و lundman (2004) صورت گرفت. اطمینان از صحت و استحکام تحقیق با استفاده از معیارهای لینکلن و گوبا انجام گرفت.یافته ها: از تحلیل داده ها 6 درون مایه اصلی شامل: انگیزه، ویژگی شخصیتی، حمایت، بسترسازی مناسب، تعامل و کار تیمی و عوامل سازمانی (مدیریتی) انتزاع گردید. نتیجه گیری: یافته های حاصل از مطالعه، عوامل موثر بر پژوهش از دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی را تبیین نمود. نتایج مطالعه حاضر به حیطه های جدیدی از عوامل دست یافت که جهت ارتقای کیفی و کمی پژوهش، لازم است به آن ها توجه کافی مبذول گردد

Faculty viewpoints about factors influencing research performance: A qualitative study in Semnan University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: Faculty members of medical universities have major role in conducting researches and knowledge production. The consideration of the viepoints of faculty members about factors affecting researche perormace can increase both the quantity and quality of scientific articles and borders of knowledge extension. This study aimed to explore the effective factors in research from the viewpoints of faculty members of Semnan University of Medical Sciences.Materials and Methods: This study was conducted with qualitative approach in 2016. Sampling was purposeful with maximum variation. Data were gathered via semistructured interviews by 11 participants of faculty members in Semnan University of Medical Sciences (6 basic sciences and 5 clinical doctors). Data were analyzed by conventional content analysis method simultaneously data collection based on five steps of Granheim and Lundman (2004). Trustworthiness was achieved through Lincoln and Guba criteria.Results: A total of six main themes including: & ldquo;motivation& rdquo;, & ldquo;personality characteristic& rdquo;, & ldquo;support& rdquo;, & ldquo;appropriate infrastructure& rdquo;, & ldquo;interaction and team work& rdquo; and & ldquo;organizational (management) factors& rdquo; were emerged from data analysis.Conclusion: Findings of study explained affecting factors on research from the viewpoint of faculty members. The results of present study showed new factors that should be considered appropriately to promote quality and quantity of researches
