اثربخشی بسته کمک‌آموزشی برای والدین بر بهبود عمل‌کرد خواندن در دانش‌آموزان مبتلا به اختلال یادگیری نوع خواندن

هدف: اختلال یادگیری از جمله مشکلاتی است که نظام آموزشی هر کشوری با آن مواجه است و موجب عدم موفقیت و عقب‌ماندگی تحصیلی می‌شود. هدف این مطالعه تهیه بسته کمک‌آموزشی برای مشکلات شناختی و مهارت‌های درکی -حرکتی با قصد نهایی بهبود عمل‌کرد تحصیلی کودک و آموزش این تمرینات به والدین کودک در جهت استمرار در درمان بود.مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل است. جامعه پژوهش دانش‌آموزان ابتدایی که اختلال یادگیری آن‌ها توسط روانشناس کودک و نوجوان و به کمک تست تشخیصی و مصاحبه بالینی اختلال یادگیری تشخیص داده شده بود. گروه a تمرینات را با نرم‌افزار آموزشی برای والدین انجام دادند. گروه b که تمرینات را مانند گروه a ولی با حضور در مرکز مورد نظر توسط درمانگر انجام دادند. گروه c گروه کنترل که هیچ مداخله‌ای بر روی آن‌ها انجام نشد. 3 گروه از نظر سنی و جنسی هم‌سازی شده بودند.یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش بسته کمک‌آموزشی برای والدین موجب بهبودی عمل‌کرد خواندن با افزایش میانگین نمرات در شاخص کلمات صحیح خوانده شده (0.001>p) و درک مطلب (0.006>p) بعد از مداخله شده است.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که بسته کمک‌آموزشی برای والدین موجب بهبود عمل‌کرد دانش‌آموزان به نحو موثرتری نسبت به گروه حضوری شده است

The effectiveness of educational help for parents on reading performance of students with learning disorders of reading

Introduction: The educational system of each country encounters the problem of ldquo;Learning disorder , which leads to academic underachievement and backwardness of student. Importanly, The aim of this study was to provide a selfhelp eductional software for parents of these students trying to improve their academic performance.Materials and Methods: This clinical trial study was conducted using pretest and posttest with control group. The study population consisted of elementary school students whose Learning disorder, reading type was diagnosed by pediatric and adolescent psychologist using diagnostic tests and clinicl interview. Grop A carried out the exercises of selfhelp software for parents.Group B practiced the same exercises through instructions of occupational therapist. Group C had no intervention and was considered as control group.Results: The mean scores of correct read words as one indicator of reading performance was significantly higher in Group A after intervention than before intervention (p<0.001). The mean score of reading comprehension was significantly higher in both groups (A and B) after the intervention (p = 0.006 and 0.025, respectively).Conclusion: The results showed that the educational package for parents improved the performance of the students more effectively than the presence group
