بررسی اختلالات ساخت‌واژی مقوله اسم در بیماران زبان‌پریش بروکای دوزبانه کردی فارسی

هدف: یکی از مقولات مطرح در زمینه زبان پریشی که توجه عصب شناسان، زبان شناسان و روان شناسان زبان را متوجه خود ساخته، زبان پریشی در افراد دوزبانه است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اختلالات ساخت واژی مقولات شمار اسم (مفرد، جمع و اسم جمع) در بیماران زبان پریش بروکای دوزبانه کردی فارسی انجام شد.مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی، گزارش موارد بوده و آزمودنی ها شامل پنج بیمار آفازی دوزبانه کردی فارسی بوده، که به علت سکته مغزی و آسیب در نیم کره چپ مغز (ناحیه بروکا)، در بیمارستان شهید مصطفی خمینی استان ایلام بستری شدند. در این پژوهش از آزمون استاندارد زبان پریشی افراد دوزبانه (bat)، و هم چنین از پرسش نامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. اطلاعات جمع آوری شده از طریق نرم افزار spss نسخه 23 مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: اختلالات ساخت واژی مقولات شمار اسم، در بیماران زبان پریش دوزبانه، در دو زبان کردی و فارسی دارای تفاوت معناداری بودند. میزان اختلال این بیماران در اسم مفرد 30%، در اسم جمع 48% و در اسم جمع 47% بود. در مجموع در این سه مقوله بیماران 41.66% اختلال داشته اند.نتیجه گیری: نوع زبان پریشی در آزمودنی های پژوهش از نوع بروکا تشخیص داده شد. در آزمون فرضیات پژوهش، هر دو فرضیه تایید شده و افراد مورد مطالعه دارای اختلال ساخت واژی در مقوله اسم بودند. بیماران در زبان کردی به عنوان زبان مادری عملکرد بهتر و اختلال کم تری داشتند. میزان اختلالات از بیش ترین به کم ترین درصد به ترتیب مربوط به مقولات اسم جمع، جمع، اسم مفرد بودند. ;

Morphological deficits related to noun in Kurdish Persian bilingual Broca’s aphasic patients

Introduction: One of the major issues in the field of linguistics that has attracted the attention of neurologists, linguists and psychologists of language is bilingual aphasia. this study has been done to investigate the morphological deficits of nouns (singular, plural, and collective) in KurdishPersian bilingual Broca’s aphasic patients.Materials and Methods: The research method was descriptiveanalytical and caseseries. The subjects included 5 KurdishPersian bilingual aphasic patients who were admitted to Shahid Mostafa Khomeini hospital in Ilam province due to stroke and damage to the left hemisphere (Broca area). In this research, the Standard Bilingual Aphasic Test (BAT) and a selfmade questionnaire were used.Results: The morphological deficits of nouns categories in bilingual aphasic patients were significantly different in both Kurdish and Persian patients. The degree of disorder in these patients was 30% in singular, 48% in plural and 47% in collective. Overall, in these three categories, patients had 41.66% disorder.Conclusion: The type of aphasia was detected as Broca. In testing hypotheses, both hypotheses were confirmed and the subjects suffer from morphological deficits related to noun categories. Patients had better performance and less disorder in Kurdish language as native language. The morphological deficits were respectively related to collective, plural, and singular nouns. ;
