ارزیابی وضعیت خودمراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو در دوران همه گیری کووید- 19: یک مطالعه‌ی کیفی

مقدمه: بیماری کرونا یک عفونت ویروسی است که به یک بیماری پاندمیک تبدیل شده است. با توجه به تاثیر همه جانبه‌ای که این بیماری بر سبک زندگی افراد، وضعیت اقتصادی کشور، داروهای وارداتی گذاشته است، پژوهش حاضر درصدد است وضعیت خودمراقبتی بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو در دوران همه گیری کووید19 را بررسی کند.روش‌ها: جامعه‌ی مورد پژوهش در مطالعه‌ی حاضر، افراد مبتلا به دیابت شهر بوشهر بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری در پژوهش حاضر از نوع نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و در دسترس بوده و حجم نمونه 13 نفر (7 مرد و 6 زن) بود. اطلاعات تحقیق از طریق مصاحبه‌ای نیمه‌ساختار یافته به‌مدت 40 تا 60 دقیقه و با استفاده از سوالاتی باز پاسخ جمع‌آوری گردید، پس از اتمام فرآیند مصاحبه پاسخ‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا مورد تفسیر و کُدگذاری قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج تحقیق حاضر به‌طور کلی مبتلایان به دیابت نوع دو در طول دوران همه گیری کووید 19 از وضعیت خودمراقبتی مطلوبی برخوردار نبوده و مشکلات بسیاری را در زمینه‌ی رفتار خودمراقبتی (دارو، تغذیه و ورزش و تحرک) و در سایر زمینه‌ها تجربه نموده‌اند.نتیجه‌گیری: مبتلایان به دیابت در دوران همه گیری بیماری کووید 19 مشکلات بسیاری را تجربه کرده‌اند که همین امر موجب کاهش هرچه بیشتر کیفیت زندگی آنان می‌شود. لذا، می‌توان جهت کاهش این مشکلات از دولت، رسانه، خانواده‌ی بیمار، خود بیمار، پزشکان، روانشناسان و مشاوران بهره گرفت.

Assessing the Self-Care Status of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes During The Covid-19 Epidemic: A Qualitative Study

Background: Coronary heart disease is a viral infection that has become a pandemic disease. Given the comprehensive impact that this disease has on the lifestyle of individuals, the economic situation of the country, imported drugs; the present study aims to investigate the selfcare status of patients with type 2 diabetes during the Covid epidemic.Methods: The study population in the present study was people with diabetes in Bushehr. The sampling method in the present study was purposeful and available sampling and the sample size was 13 people (7 men and 6 women). The research information was collected through a semistructured interview for 40 to 60 minutes using openended questions. After the interview process, the answers were interpreted and coded using the content analysis method.Results: According to the results of the present study, in general, patients with type 2 diabetes during the period of Covid19 epidemic did not have a favorable selfcare status and many problems in the field of selfcare behavior (medication, nutrition and exercise and mobility) and in other Fields have experienced.Conclusion: Diabetics have experienced many problems during the Quaid 19 epidemic, which further reduces their quality of life; therefore, the government, the media, the patientchr('39')s family, the patient himself, doctors, psychologists and counselors can be used to reduce these problems.
