نیاز به تزریق خون در جراحی‌های ابدومینوپلاستی و لیپوساکشن تحت بیهوشی عمومی در بیمارستان فرهیختگان در سال‌های 1401 و 1402

ضرورت انتقال خون در جراحی‌های ابدومینوپلاستی و لیپوساکشن تحت بیهوشی عمومی، از جمله ملاحظات مهم برای برنامه‌ریزی جراحی و ایمنی بیمار است. این مطالعه به بررسی نیاز به انتقال خون در جراحی‌های ابدومینوپلاستی و لیپوساکشن تحت بیهوشی عمومی پرداخته است. مواد و روش‌ها این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی، بر روی 107 بیمار تحت جراحی ابدومینوپلاستی یا لیپوساکشن در بیمارستان فرهیختگان طی سال‌های 1401 و 1402 انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق بررسی تمام پرونده‌های بیماران باکلاس بیهوشی یک و دو، با استفاده از چک‌ لیست جمع‌آوری و سپس توسط نرم‌افزار 16 spss ، تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان، 11/5 ± 42/3 سال و از نظر جنس 105 نفر زن (98/13) و 2 نفر مرد (1/87) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که 60/7% از بیماران نیازی به تزریق خون نداشتند، در حالی که 39/3%از بیماران به یک واحد خون نیاز داشتند. هم‌چنین بین هموگلوبین قبل از عمل و میزان نیاز به تزریق خون، ارتباط معناداری وجود داشت (0/04 =p). اما بین نوع عمل (ابدومینوپلاستی یا لیپوساکشن) و میزان تزریق خون تفاوت معنادار نبود. نتیجه گیری ارزیابی دقیق بیماران پیش از عمل،کنترل دقیق هموگلوبین و مدیریت بهینه مایعات در طول عمل می‌تواند به کاهش نیاز به انتقال خون در جراحی ابدومینوپلاستی و لیپوساکشن کمک کند.

investigating the need for blood transfusion in abdominoplasty and liposuction surgeries under general anesthesia in farehikhetgan hospital in 1401 and 1402

the necessity of blood transfusion in abdominoplasty and liposuction surgeries under general anesthesia is one of the important considerations for surgical planning and patient safety. this study investigated the need for blood transfusion in abdominoplasty and liposuction surgeries under general anesthesia.materials and methodsthis descriptive-cross-sectional study included 107 patients at farhikhtegan hospital during 1401 and 1402 who underwent the aforementioned surgeries. data were collected through direct observation, intraoperative data recording, and review of all files using a researcher-made checklist.resultsthe mean age of the participants was 42.3 ± 11.5 years, of which 105 (98.13%) were female and 2 (1.87%) were male. the results showed that 60.7% of the patients did not require blood transfusion, while 39.3% of the patients required one unit of blood. this study also examined the relationship between intraoperative fluid volume and preoperative hemoglobin, type of surgery, duration of anesthesia, risk level, and presence of underlying diseases. the findings indicate that patients with lower hemoglobin levels require more blood transfusions.conclusions  overall, the results indicate that careful control of hemoglobin and intraoperative fluid management can help reduce the need for blood transfusion and improve clinical outcomes in these surgeries. this study emphasizes the importance of careful preoperative patient assessment and optimal fluid and blood transfusion management in cosmetic surgeries.
