تاثیر مداخله آموزشی بر آمادگی پرستاران در حوادث و بلایا

زمینه و هدف: پرستاران به عنوان افراد پیشگام در بهداشت و درمان جامعه، نقش مهمی در هماهنگی و کمک رسانی به افراد آسیب دیده در زمان وقوع بلایا دارند. ارتقای آمادگی آنها از اصول اولیه مدیریت سلامت در حوادث و بلایاست. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین تاثیر مداخله آموزشی بر آمادگی پرستاران در حوادث و بلایا انجام شده است.روش تحقیق: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی یک گروهی (پیش آزمون پس آزمون و پیگیری)، 75 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان های شهر بیرجند به روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. این پرستاران در کارگاه آموزشی مدیریت خطر حوادث و بلایا، به مدت 16 ساعت طی 2 روز، همراه با مانور دورمیزی شرکت کردند. فرم مشخصات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه استاندارد برآورد آمادگی و پاسخ گویی پرستاران در بلایا (readiness estimate and deployability index) قبل، بلافاصله و یک ماه بعد از مداخله توسط آنها تکمیل گردید. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری spss (ویرایش 16) و آزمون های آماری آنالیز واریانس درون گروهی، تعقیب بنفرونی، تی تست مستقل، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و تعقیب رنج توکی در سطح معنی داری 0/05 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: میانگین نمره کل آمادگی پرستاران قبل از مداخله از 10 نمره 0/87∓6/47 و میانگین نمره کل توانمندی و نگرش آنان در مقابله با بلایا قبل از مداخله از 5 نمره به ترتیب: 0/72∓3/19و 0/41∓3/28 بود. میانگین نمره آمادگی در کل و در حیطه توانمندی در پرستاران بلافاصله و یک ماه بعد از مداخله نسبت به قبل از آن و میانگین نمره نگرش یک ماه بعد از مداخله نسبت به قبل از آن افزایش معنی داری داشت (p<0/05 ).نتیجه گیری: مداخله آموزشی، بر افزایش آمادگی پرستاران در مقابله با بلایا تاثیر معنی داری داشت؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد می گردد مدیران پرستاری به منظور ارتقای آمادگی کارکنان پرستاری، دوره های آموزشی همراه با مانور را به طور مستمر برگزار کنند.

The effect of educational intervention on nurses' preparedness in emergencies and disasters

Background and Aim: Nurses as pioneers people in community health and treatment, they have an important role in coordinating and helping injured people at the time of the disaster. Improvement of their preparedness is one of the basic principles of health management in accidents and disasters. Therefore, the aim of this study has been done to determine the effect of educational intervention on nurses’ preparedness in accidents and disastersMaterials and Methods:  In this singlegroup quasi experimental, (pretest, posttest and followup), 75 nurses working in hospitals in Birjand were selected by the stratified random sampling method was used. The nurses participated in a disaster risk management workshop for 16 hours over 2 days in a round table exercise. Demographic data form and standard questionnaire of nurses’ preparedness and responsiveness to the disasters were completed before, immediately and one month after the intervention. Data were analyzed using SPSS software (Version 16), and statistical analysis of ingroup variance, Bonferroni post hoc test and chisquare tests, independent ttest, Oneway analysis of variance and Tukey’s range post hoc test were performed at a significance level of (0.05).Results: The mean score of nurses’ preparedness before intervention out of 10 scores was 6/47±0/87 and their total mean score of ability and attitude towards disasters before intervention of 5 scores was 3/19±0/72 and 3/28±0/41 respectively. The average total score of preparedness and in the area of empowerment in nurses immediately and one month after intervention than before and the mean score of attitude one month after the intervention was significantly higher than before (p <0.05).Conclusion:  Based on the results, the educational program had a significant effect on increasing nurses’ preparedness in accidents and disasters. It is recommended that nursing managers improve nursing staff readiness, conduct continuous training courses with maneuvers.
