شناسایی و تحلیل فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های آموزش مجازی از منظر دانشجویان

پژوهش حاضر، درصدد بررسی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های آموزش مجازی از منظر دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشکدۀ ادبیات و علوم انسانی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی است. در همین راستا، برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از روش کیفی و فن مصاحبۀ عمیق استفاده شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش، دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشکدۀ ادبیات و علوم انسانی دانشگاه شهید بهشتی بودند که از طریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان‌دهندۀ آن بود که چالش‌های آموزش مجازی از منظر دانشجویان، تحت پنج مقولۀ مشکلات فنی، آموزشی، مربوط به عملکرد استاد، دانشجو، کنشگری و تعامل قرار می‌گیرد. دانشجویان برای فرصت‌های آموزش مجازی، به نمونه‌هایی ازجمله: از بین رفتن هزینۀ رفت‌وآمد، کم‌شدن استرس ارائۀ درسی، صرفه‌جویی در زمان، آزادی و خارج‌شدن از چارچوب‌ها، امکان ضبط کلاس و استفاده از آن در زمان دیگر، جلوگیری از اپیدمی بیماری، از بین رفتن مشکلات خوابگاه برای خوابگاهی‌ها و بهینه‌شدن فراغت اشاره کردند. در بخش پیشنهادهای پژوهشی، به برخی از مهم‌ترین نمونه‌ها شامل: استفاده از اسکایپ به‌جای نرم‌افزار ادوبی‌کانکت، ارزشیابی دانشجویان براساس ترکیبی از فرایندهای عملی، فعالیت‌های کلاسی و ... در کنار امتحان، حضوری‌شدن درس‌های مهم‌تر و مجازی‌شدن درس‌های کم‌اهمیت‌تر، فراهم‌کردن بانک اطلاعاتی یا کتابخانۀ مجازی، الزام به روشن‌بودن وبکم‌ها در زمان امتحان برای جلوگیری از تقلب و استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای جانبی برای افزایش تعامل اشاره می‌شود.

Identify and analyze the opportunities and challenges of students’ virtual education

The present study seeks to investigate the challenges and opportunities of virtual education from the perspective of undergraduate students of the Faculty of Literature and Humanities of Shahid Beheshti University.  In this regard, qualitative method and indepth interview technique were used to collect data. The sample of this study were undergraduate students of the Faculty of Literature and Humanities of Shahid Beheshti University who were selected through purposive sampling. Then, according to the research findings, we concluded that the challenges of virtual education from the perspective of students fall into 5 main categories, including: technical problems, educational problems, problems related to teacher performance, problems related to student performance and problems related to activism and interaction. On the other hand, for students’elearning opportunities, such as: eliminating travel costs, reducing the stress of presentation, saving time, freedom and going beyond the framework, the possibility of recording the class and using it at another time, avoiding The corona epidemic, the elimination of dormitory problems and the optimization of leisure time. Finally, students were asked to make suggestions based on the experiences they gained during the semester to solve the challenges of elearning to be applied in policymaking and to experience more efficient elearning.
