مقایسۀ استرس و انگیزش پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان کارشناسی‌ارشد استعدادهای درخشان و عادی

این مطالعه با هدف مقایسۀ متغیرهای انگیزش پیشرفت تحصیلی و استرس در دانشجویان استعداد درخشان و عادی دانشگاه تبریز صورت گرفت. روش تحقیق از نوع علی-مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیۀ دانشجویان استعداد درخشان و عادی مقطع کارشناسی‌ارشد دانشگاه تبریز در سال 1398 بود. نمونۀ آماری موردمطالعه 260 نفر از دانشجویان شامل:130 نفر دانشجوی استعداد درخشان (طبق معیارهای دفتر گروه استعداد درخشان وزارت علوم تحقیقات و فناوری) و 130 نفر دانشجوی عادی (از طریق آزمون) بود که با استفاده از جدول مورگان و از طریق نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامۀ استاندارد استرس دانشجویی پولادی ری‌شهری (1374) و پرسشنامۀ انگیزش پیشرفت هلمریچ و اسپنس (1977) استفاده گردید که براساس مقیاس لیکرت نمره‌گذاری شد. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار 21spss تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی (تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری) استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که فرضیه‌های مربوط به تفاوت میانگین متغیرهای انگیزش پیشرفت و استرس دانشجویی در دانشجویان استعداد درخشان و عادی تایید نشد.

Comparison of Stress and Academic Achievement Motivation of Talented and Ordinary Masters Students

The aim of this study was to compare the variables of academic achievement motivation and stress between talented and normal students of Tabriz University. Method was a causalcomparative study. The statistical population includes all talented and normal master students of Tabriz University in 2019 and the statistical sample studied is 260 students, including: 130 talented students (According to the criteria of the department of the talented student Affairs of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology) and 130 normal students. They were normal students and were selected using Morgan table and multistage cluster sampling. To collect the data, the Standard Student Stress Questionnaire of Pouladi Rieshahri (1995) and the Motivation Questionnaire of Helmrich and Spence (1977), which were scored based on the Likert scale were used. Data were analyzed using SPSS 21 software. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (Multivariate Analysis of Variance) were used. The results showed that the hypotheses related to the difference between the mean of the variables of achievement motivation and stress talented and normal students were not confirmed.
