روایت معلمان دورۀ ابتدایی دربارۀ طرح حذف مشق شب و جایگزینی تکالیف مهارت‌محور: پژوهشی با رویکرد کیفی

مشق شب همواره به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل مهم در یادگیری دانش‌آموزان مطرح بوده است. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی دیدگاه معلمان دورۀ ابتدایی شهر سبزوار دربارۀ طرح حذف مشق شب و جایگزینی تکالیف مهارت‌محور بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان این پژوهش شامل 30 نفر از معلمان ابتدایی شهر سبزوار در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 بودند. روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی پدیدارشناسی بود. نمونه‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، انتخاب شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌سازمان‌یافته استفاده شد. یافته‌ها با استفاده از سه مرحلۀ کدگذاری استراوس و کوربین تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که دیدگاه معلمان دارای 9 مضمون اصلی و 50 مضمون فرعی است. لزوم تدارک بسترهای لازم برای اجرای طرح، بروز قابلیت‌های فردی مثبت، بروز مشکلات یادگیری، امکان فراغت بیشتر دانش‌آموز، ناآشنایی معلمان و والدین با طرح، همکاری بیشتر والدین و دانش‌آموز، نبود شرایط لازم برای انجام مشق شب در مدرسه، رشد مهارت‌های اجتماعی در دانش‌آموزان و ایجاد اشتیاق تحصیلی، لزوم توجه بیشتر به پرورش حیطۀ نگرشی و مهارتی از محورهای اصلی این پژوهش بود. نتیجۀ پژوهش نشان داد از دیدگاه معلمانْ حذف مشق شب و جایگزینی تکالیف مهارت‌محور، آثار مثبتی برای یادگیری دانش‌آموزان دارد که برای اجرا نیازمند رعایت الزاماتی است.

Elementary School Teachers’ Narrative About Homework Elimination Plan and Skill-Based Assignments: A Research With a Qualitative Approach

Homework has always been one of the most important factors in students’ learning. The purpose of this study was to investigate the views of primary school teachers in Sabzevar about the plan to eliminate homework and replace it with skillsbased assignments. Participants in this study were 30 primary school teachers in the city of Sabzevar in the academic year 20182019. The research method was qualitative phenomenological. Using purposive sampling method, research samples were selected. Data collection tools were semistructured interviews. Findings were analyzed using three stages of Strauss and Corbin coding. Results showed that teachers’ views have 9 main themes and 50 subthemes. The need to provide the necessary conditions for the implementation of the plan, emergence of positive personal abilities, learning difficulties, possibility of more leisure for students, lack of familiarity of teachers and parents with the plan, more cooperation between parents and students, lack of necessary conditions for homework in school, growth social skills in students and creating academic enthusiasm, need to pay more attention to training attitudes and skills are the main axes of this research .The results showed that from the teachers ’point of view, eliminating homework and replacing skillbased assignments has positive effects on students’ learning that requires compliance.
