دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی در مورد نقش دروس علوم پایه در دستیابی به اهداف بالینی برنامه آموزش پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در سال 1389: یک گزارش کوتاه

زمینه و هدف: این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نظرات دانشجویان پزشکی مقاطع بالینی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی رفسنجان در مورد نقش دروس علوم پایه در دستیابی به اهداف بالینی، طراحی و اجرا گردید.مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی در سال 1389، از طریق پر کردن پرسشنامه دوقسمتی شامل میزان اهمیت هرکدام از دروس علوم پایه و نحوه ارائه این دروس در دستیابی به اهداف بالینی توسط دانشجویان پزشکی (کارآموزی و کارورزی) انجام شد. حجم نمونه مورد بررسی 58 نفر بود. پس از جمع آوری اطلاعات، داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون آماری t مستقل و با تعیین میانگین و درصد امتیازی که به هر یک از سوالات پرسشنامه داده شد، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.یافته ها: دانشجویان دوره کارآموزی و کارورزی به ترتیب، فیزیولوژی و آناتومی را به عنوان مهم ترین درس و هر دو گروه درس فیزیک پزشکی را به عنوان کم اهمیت ترین درس در دستیابی به اهداف بالینی تشخیص دادند. در مورد نحوه ارائه دروس علوم پایه در دستیابی به اهداف بالینی، حداکثر امتیاز مربوط به هماهنگ بودن سوالات پایان ترم و امتحان جامع با موضوعات درسی و کمترین امتیاز مربوط به کاربرد دروس علوم پایه در بالین بود.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های این مطالعه، تاکید بر جنبه های کاربرد بالینی دروس علوم پایه در آموزش پزشکی از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. این امر بازنگری در روش های فعلی آموزش دروس علوم پایه در پزشکی را ایجاب می نماید.

The Medical Students' Viewpoints in Achieving Clinical Objectives of Medical Education Program in Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences in 2010: A Short Report

Background and Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the medical students' viewpoints about the role of basic science courses in achieving clinical objectives in Rafsanjan University of Medical Sciences.Materials and Methods: This is a discriptive study performed in 2010 through filling out a twosectional questionnaire by medical students (Clerk and intern students). The questionnaire included the importance of each course of basic sciences and quality of courses presentation inachieving the clinical objectives. The sample size was 58. The data of the study was analysed using descriptive statistics, independent t test,and determining the mean and the percentage of scores for each question.Results: While physiology was the most important course for clerk students in achieving the clinical objectives, intern students introduced the anatomy course for this purpose. The lowest score was given to medical physics by both groups in achieving the clinical objectives. Regarding the presentation quality of courses to achieve the clinical objectives, the maximum score belonged to coordination of the final and comprehensive exams with course subjects and the lowest one was related to applicability of basic science courses in clinic.Conclusion: According to the findings of the study, emphasizing practical aspects of basic science courses in medical education is essetial.
