بررسی ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی در افراد اقدام‌‌‌کننده به خودکشی در کلینیک فوق تخصصی امام علی(ع) و مرکز جامع روان‌‌پزشکی استان یزد در سال‌های 1402-1401: یک گزارش کوتاه

زمینه و هدف: خودکشی چالشی است که پیامدهای اجتماعی و روانی گسترده‌ای دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی افراد اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی در استان یزد طی سال‌های 1402-1401 انجام شد.مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش توصیفی حاضر با مشارکت 68 نفر با سابقه تلاش برای خودکشی که تحت مراقبت روان‌پزشکان کلینیک امام علی و مرکز جامع روان‌پزشکی یزد بودند و با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته و نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انجام گرفت. داده‌ها با آمار توصیفی و آزمون کای اسکوئر تحلیل شد.  یافته‌ها: میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان 12.32±33.04 سال و 52.9 درصد زن بودند. شایع‌ترین دلایل اقدام به خودکشی، مشکلات زناشویی (20.6 درصد)، افسردگی (16.2 درصد) و مشکلات مالی(13.2 درصد) بود. اقدام به خودکشی در افراد متاهل، شاغل، با تحصیلات پایین و بدون سابقه مراجعه به روان‌شناس بیشتر دیده شد. مصرف بیش‌ازحد دارو، به‌ویژه در زنان، شایع‌ترین روش بود.  نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها بر لزوم اجرای مداخلات روانی-اجتماعی، آموزش مهارت‌های مقابله‌ای و افزایش دسترسی به خدمات سلامت روان جهت پیشگیری از خودکشی تاکید دارند. 

investigating the demographic characteristics of people with suicide attempt in imam ali super-specialty clinic and the comprehensive psychiatry center in yazd during 2022-2023: a short report
